Hotel Regenta central is worth staying at when you get to visit amritsar. It is right on the famous grand trunk road with accessibility to all various modes of transport within the city. Less than 2. 5 km away from the golden temple, jallianwala bagh, etc. You can even walk down the old walls of the city or take an e-rickshaw to reach your destination. As far as the property itself is concerned, it is very well maintained with utmost hygiene environment. Generous staff. Twinkle there was very sweet. Good stay. Thanks

Whilst looking for accommodation in and around Amritsar Railway station on one of the booking sites, I came across Quality Inn Elite in Amritsar. I booked for 3 nights based on some very positive reviews and I must say the hotel far exceeded my expectations. Although the property is a bit dated the rooms were very well maintained, clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff, without exception were very warm and genuinely welcoming to all guests. I must mention that Manpreet and her colleagues at the restaurant were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Tried three different items on the room service menu and each was very well prepared and presented and very delicious. Overall it was a wonderful stay at this hotel which lived upto its name as a quality and elite property.

Lovely hotel although getting a little pricey now even in off session. Rooms are fine and functional albeit a little tired in terms of decor and tech. Bathrooms are much the same but can’t complain too much as everything works fine. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Best of all the hotel is 5 mins from Golden Temple by Auto.

This hotel is by far the worst 5 star experience ive had anywhere in india. I’ve stayed at multiple taj properties and the service here is the worst. First, Gave me wrong bed arrangement upon arrival. After an hour, fixed that but gave us one room with poor AC. 5 degree Celsius difference between this room and our second room so wasn’t a questionable difference. I tried calling ***agemnt multiple times including concierge. People here don’t answer the phones. Went down and asked them to address it. Came back after visiting golden temple and still same issue. Then tried calling, again no one answered. Went down for dinner and asked them. Got up in the middle of dinner to ask and was told engineers looking at it. Went back to room and same problem. Called again and because no one answers the phone had to walk down and de***d the duty ***ger and a room change. Finally shifted our room and it’s fine. but what’s amazing is every time I went down most of the front desk staff was not busy. The concierge seemed to be making personal calls while acting like he was working. Yet no one did anything or made any effort to do so. I’ve never met a lazier group of people in any hotel in india of even lower stars. There is a word in Hindi called kaamchor if you don’t know what it means just come here and work with the staff and you’ll figure it out. If this wasn’t prepaid through a tour company I would have checked out and asked for my money back. I’d stay away from this place unless it’s free. The only positive was the chinese restaurant so far. If that changes I’ll update my review. I’ll be staying at another taj property in delhi. Let’s see if they have kept their original greatness.

Visiting and staying at this property is extremely a delight, enriching the city Amritsar with its rich culture. For me its always a WOW experience. The staff is so nice and welcomes with a smile always. Gratitude to the Owners of this property and must compliment the gesture they extend to the guest with personal warmth and gesture.

It is very much on the main road prominently located. Very courteous staff at the front desk. Any complaint is attended immediately by the house keeping staff. Break fast is complimentary and they have a very good spread. Very comfortable to stay.

Very good hotel to stay. Nice location near to Golden Temple. Good food!! Very friendly staff! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and had a good experience. Some staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, close to airport.
