Tulip of Amsterdam

This sweet and homey hotel, only 2 beautiful rooms, exceeded our expectations! From the first detail to the last, everything is planned with the at most attention. The a**osphere is so authenthic, the lighting, the narrow stairs, the clean smell of wood, it all ads up to the exprience. In these warmly furnished rooms, we found treats and products you might need when staying away from home, constant hot water, super comfortable bed, coffee machine and more. The room smells good and so clean (there's a cleaner every day) and whats amazing is that its right in the center! Best location ever, close to everything. Last but not least are the hosts, David and Chris, who are just incredibley kind people, who would go out of their way to see you are well and happy. We really couldnt ask for more!

Beautiful quirky old house in a fantastic location. Just a few rooms. Quiet and comfortable with friendly helpful owners. We would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our Stay. Clean room and amazing Staff there. Its right in the middle of the City, so we only had to walk at max. 20min to get somewhere by foot. The stairs are a bit steep but the Room is worth the climb. Will definetly book again here!

The sweetest and cutest place in a very great location. Safe neighborhood, great hosts, cozy room, comfy bed, little treats and snack in the room which I loved! Highly recommend and will stay again when I go back!

Very good location. We went all attractions by walk during stays in Amsterdam. Many restaurants nearby. The house is amazing that it's a historical building. Just need to concern about no elevator and the bathroom is a bit small. House owners David and Chris are very nice. Thank you for everything!

A typical Amsterdam House, Tulip of Amsterdam only has 2 rooms to stay in, and both are up very narrow winding stairs. However this is typical of these old houses and adds to the authenticity. The door was somewhat hidden and we did walk past it the first time, but Chris met us at the door, welcomed us in and even carried my bag up to our room. The room itself is lovely, with exposed beams and you can imagine a Dutch family living here back in the 1600s. What really makes this stand out though is the host, Chris, who is so friendly, full of suggestions and recommendations of where to go and what to see. Our room was cleaned daily and the fridge restocked with fruit juice, Dutch beer and some snacks too. The location is right in the heart of the centrum so a very short walk to restaurants etc. I recommend Papa Carlos next door which did a lovely pizza when we were too footsore to wander any further for dinner.

Cozy, clean and comfy - perfect location! We stayed in the Green Tulip Room located on the second floor via a narrow circular stair case (typical for Amsterdam) The rooms are located at the back of the house which is generally very quiet however, neighbors in business next door are somewhat loud in the morning. Room is exactly as shown in the photos Wi-Fi, bathroom small but very clean, small refrig, cute microwave & espresso machine. If you get this room at times you might hear the neighbors upstairs. The location of the property is perfect. We walked everywhere and even to the furtherest museums. The Canal runs in front of the property but unfortunately, it is not visible from the rooms. David, was extremely nice! He gave us tips to get around the city and our room was cleaned everyday. I highly recommend this B&B. Thank you David for making our stay wonderful & give Heidi a pat from us.

The location is definitely the best place in amsterdam. You reach it after taking 20 steps after getting off the metro. the rooms are large, spacious and very clean. I had a friendly welcome.very thoughtful treats available. If you are going to Amsterdam, I would definitely consider Tulip Of Amsterdam. Special thanks to Chris and David
