Ulasan Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Arena Towers

Check in time ridicilously slow during crowd for concert go-ers. Something with the city tax went wrong but friendly lady was able to fix it. Saved us €16 Room was fine, two seperate beds. A/c not working at all. CH3 error code Sheets were not fully clean but fine. Shower had dirty spots and fungi, way too slippery and possibly dangerous. Amenities were fine. Housekeeping at the door already at 9:30 and coming in without permission. Breakfast was fine but way too busy. All together I would say 7 out of 10. Great for short stay and really close to Ziggo Dome / arena district

Overall the room was pretty good, the toilet was clean, and there were two large bottles of shampoo and shower gel.

The rooms are clean and quite spacious, with a decent location just 10 minutes walk from a metro, bus and train station. It is right next to the Ajax stadium, so very convenient for football travellers. The breakfasts are very good and freely available each morning. Bike rental is also available, for 20 euros a day or 14 euros for three hours, which is handy. There are interesting sights and sculptures within 2 minutes walk of the hotel.

Great hotel, very quiet, comfy beds, great sized room! Excellent shower! Bring your own toiletries, soaps/shampoo very drying! Hotel was a bit out of the way but within the boundaries of Amsterdam travel ticket, with the ability to use all forms of public transport, similar to an Oystercard but lasts for 24 hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with plenty of dining and entertainment options, including movie theaters. It's also close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. The room itself was bright and comfortable.

The service was very good. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast was the same. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is good! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Everything was amazing only wished they had more breakfast variety for different dietary needs.

The Hotel is a nice option only for short stay, No wardrobe in the room that’s why it is only suitable for short stay, Otherwise the View is very nice and the breakfast as well, leaving some photos of the nice view from room here, The receptionist was a bit strict on the name in the Trip.com account/reservation should be identical to the one in the presented ID, first time to see this, so watch out for this before you reserve for someone else or if you reserve with a nickname

The breakfast was a little mid, not the best. But other than that it was a great stay!

Overall for hotel room cleanliness good, but breakfast limited choices, everyday is the same men

It’s real nearby the concert location ziggo dome, it’s convenient. They need to check the guest reservation properly as they send us to a wrong room than previously booked and need to transfer to another room.  in terms of cleanliness they need to improve! It’s like our room was not cleaned and smelly from the poor sewerage, dust everywhere and not clean bathroom! We asked for help but they just spray something.  Our room is 1320

Location was very convenient 5min walk to subway station. Room was clean, breakfast was nice.However, at hotel cash payments are not accepted should have visa card or apple pay etc.
