Tiada apa yang perlu dirungut. Ia bagus untuk harga. Bilik bersih dan mempunyai semua yang kami perlukan. Kopi, teh, susu dan cerek di dalam bilik. Perhentian bas dan stesen trem berdekatan.

Very nice place, the room was very big and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be that the heater wasn’t working well and the room was very cold. But it was late and I didn’t notify the receptionist. Other than that very nice. A bit far from the center but only a bus ride away. Would go again (in the summer).

The first impression of this hotel from the outside was of an unkempt building with dirty curtains not attached to the curtain poles, as our first impression was of a hotel with no care for the appearance which made us not want to stay, in fact, we tried to contact Trip to inform them we would not be staying in such an hotel without anyone to talk to, and to find that this was not to the standard we or anyone would expect, and ended up loosing our payment and having to pay for another hotel. The hotel and Trip would not refund our payment, and although we have other events paid for via this site, it is very unlikely we will use Trip to book a hotel with them unless it has been recommended by a trusted person.

Room was okay, but it was freezing inside. They didn’t turn on heating till late and still it was extremely cold inside the room. I think there was some kind of ventilation issue

Nice place to stay for a night just to sleep and keep warm Decent and clean.

The hotel charged us £10 for late coming (after 22:00). Everything in the hotel in unsatisfactory. I would choose it any more, of course wouldn’t I recommend to my friends.

The service was alright, no hassle from check in to Check out. The beds are extremely comfy, while the toilet is always cleaned and no blockage when flushing compare any other hotels.

Alright location for the price, the receptionist seemed a bit passive aggressive and the front desk was always never open when we passed it. The beds were clean and kettle was provided. No toothbrush or water though. Pretty average place but it’s nice enough.

Neat and clean room, unfortunately room was noisy because of the room partition not touching the roof.

I don't really recommend going here unless you have a car. The hotel is far from the old city, the room I was given was dark, there is no elevator, the staff was nosy with personal questions. The only positive note was the garden space. The facility is clean

I would say that this room is fine and it is worthing the price.

The hotel was misguided in trip.com there was no facilities for breakfast while when booking was informed to can purchased while we checking in. Everything was lie and rooms were also not as shown in picture. Staff q are good as that was only the positive we found on the stay. Not happy with stay!!

Not central but convenient place. However, the staff was not in good attitude. Also the key thing is really unsafe (the key can open any door include the front), no additional lock inside the room.
