We had a great stay at Inntel Amsterdam Hotel. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Primark, London Dungeon, and plenty of great food options. It was also conveniently near the train station, making it easy to get around. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay in Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend! :)

Come during Christmas 2024. Female receptionist was polite. Male receptionists were so so. Generally is good. This hotel is just walkable to Amsterdam central. Very good location. Just no facilities . Generally is ok.

Excellent location, large room with comfortable queen bed.

Staff are nice and polite. Room is mainly clean, but some towels got stinks and we have to change. There are not much free facilities, everything needs to pay.

Second time staying would highly recommend. Absolutely perfect location lovely and clean friendly helpful staff loads of food places/shopping places around. Max 20 min walk to all the top attractions 7mins to central station. Will definitely be staying there again

Clean and modern space in an awesome location at Amsterdam

Very nice location, rooms are quite big, bed comfy. One thing I dislike however is that I was waken up at 9:00 Am by a cleaning lady entering the room, then again after I have confirmed the extra charge to stay in the room until 3pm (20eur/hour), they call me at 2pm and again knocked the door at 2:40 pm to remind me to check out, is there any communication issue in the hotel?

I wanted to check out at 13:00, they wanted 40 Euros from me, but hotel normal check-in time was 15:30. This was the first time in my life that I saw such a request for a few hours late check-out request like that money. The curly-haired man at the reception was rude and unresponsive. The hotel rooms are very stuffy and dark. There is not even water in the room, no slippers, no toothpaste. It is a very ordinary hotel, I have stayed in other hotels of this chain group and they were fine. The only good thing about this place is its location, but that is why you should not stay for such high prices. I do not recommend it.

The hotel is centrally located near the Central Railway Station where attractions, restaurants & shops are nearby.
