Loved our stay at this hotel ! The Beds were so comfortable and the deco was beaut! We had lovely dressing gowns and slippers to wear in the room & it was perfect getting complimentary coffee & water. We had a slight issue with the air con , but was given the chance to move rooms so they could fix the problem . It’s a perfect location , with no noise & easy access to the city !

房間還可以，就是給我們安排在地下室的房，有個小天窗，但是不能開，街上行人車輛噪音明顯，對不上這個價格

很好的入住體驗 附近就有兩個tram站，地鐵站也不是很遠 酒店每天都會打掃並補充咖啡，茶，沐浴露等物品 房間很乾凈，隔音也很不錯 有空調

Lively staff which had already upgraded me to large room overlookin bak gardens Quiet neighborhood near tram to rijksmuseum. Or 15 minute walk. Neasr full supermarket

Overall is okay just the city tax is very very high. The room I book is on the top which under the roof without window so a bit awkward. As it show in the website as no-view but not mentioned that NO window. It should be mentioned as "No-Window" to make it clear! They dind't clean my room even put sign "Please make up room" I went out and came back in the evening then call to reception on this issue then the house-keeping come and clean within 5-6 mins that's it! But it's not clean with no clean used glass, no clean all hair drop on bathroom floor, no clean room floor etc. I stay 4 nights just only 1 time for make up room. it's terrible!

Perfectly clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast (especially croissants), delicious coffees and very friendly and helpful staff. I will definetely come and stay again. Location is also great.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff super helpful. They explained us all the fun thing to go in Amsterdam. They sell the tours there and explain you how to use the public transportation. Super clean and family friendly hotel and 25 minutes walk from center of city which was great for use since we did not want to be closer to the craziness.

This is a great place for seeing Amsterdam. Walking distance to lots of things (Heineken Experience, stores, etc.) and good local places to eat. The staff is amazing and so welcoming. The ONLY think I could pick at was the hair dryers in the rooms need upgraded, but that was a tiny thing! We will stay there again!

Hotel is located nearby several tram lines that take you anywhere. But you can find a ***** of shopping street just 5 minutes away. Amsterdam is also walkable but watch out for speedy bikes around you. The hotel is modern with excellent amenities and topped with exceptional guest service and very friendly staff who are there to help you. Highly recommend.

Very nice boutique hotel. Tram stop one block away. Shopping down the street. Rooms are nice and clean.

Staff and room were great, local area great and close to transport. Would stay again!
