Beautiful resort on the beach. Enjoyed our stay

Great place to stay overlooking the beach. Apartment was great. Really nice place to be. Not so sure about having to pay $22 a day parking. Given room tarrifs parking should be complimentary. Other than that, a top place

The room was a bit old and tired, with broken buttons on the toilet and unfinished patching on the walls in the bedroom. The bedroom clock was broken and did not display the correct time. Although the view was good, the condition of the rooms in terms of their maintenance was less than I would have expected for a hotel room of that class and price.

Attention to detail was lacking in room cleanliness.

1 bedroom ocean view apartment. Requested an upgrade as Gold Members but were not given one. Glenelg is a fabulous holiday spot, beautiful beach & the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing however that is were the positives of the hotel end. The apartment was over priced and the interior is very tired & out dated. The bedroom is sectioned off by sliding frosted glass doors which do not provide a barrier to sound from the kitchen/lounge area. There were dints/chips/scuff marks on the walls/doors and the carpet had holes. Bathroom is worn & shower is over a bath which is not ideal. Overall the apartment felt unclean/cheap. Drop your prices or renovate!

Great location and view from our balcony. Short walk to tram, shops and restaurants. Beach right there as well. Ticks all the boxes. Can hear the nightlife from the pier though on Friday & Saturday nights but it was good music! So we didn't mind. Great indoor pool and spa as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
