The room was small with very little room for baggage and no easy access power points for chargers etc
The room was on second floor with noise from the street on Saturday night till early hours and Sunday was less
But I can sleep anywhere

I stayed one night with my friend. The room was clean, so it was comfortable to stay here. But itâs not so big, so if you want to be relax , I think you had better to book the bigger one.
Honestly, it was too far from the station. But itâs better to use bus or taxi.

The good: First and foremost, the staff. All very friendly doing their best to help with any problem that may arise, whether it has to do with your stay at he hotel or not. Good location, close to the museum quarter, five minutes' walk to the tram station that goes to Dam square and the train station, in a quiet residential street. OK: Rooms are very small and compact, but that seems to be the general situation in Amsterdam, and if you're out all day seeing the sights then it's not a deal breaker. The bad: Housekeeping needs to get their act together. Checked in, went up to the room, entered the bathroom and was greeted by a very strong smell of mildew or something similar. Fortunately I was immediately given another room without any argument. Went up to the room, entered the bathroom, and noticed that one of the overhead lamps was not working. Took a shower and found that there's a drainage problem with the water draining so slowly that I had to shut the water flow so as not to have water overflowing onto the floor. Nothing tragic, and it was all fixed the next day, but one would think that the job of housekeeping is to take care of these problems BEFORE the guest checks in, not after.

Staff was friendly and the location is unbeatable, but I donât think Iâd recommend this place to anyone unless your only desire is to take things from the âcoffeeshopsâ to your roomâs balcony; the rooms are old and dirty, and the bathroom is small and also smelly (like matches?). The floor was dusty and full of dead bugs, and the window didnât close properly. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel.

I couldn't be more pleased with this hostel! I highly recommend it. The hostel, including bathrooms and showers, was very clean. The beds were super cozy and comfortable and offered some privacy. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Bonus points that the lobby always smelled like toast or freshly baked cookies! Also, the bike rental service was fantastic. One suggestion for improvement is that it would have been nice to have some wall hangers in the room. Since there were none, people resorted to hanging stuff from the bed ladders or just putting it on the floor.

Super friendly night staff and was very helpful !! Would not stay again as pictures are completely misleading nothing as advertised much smaller and pour room hygiene there were ants on our table side cigarette burns also on the table when mentioned to the day staff we were having issues with our room as the vent directly out side our room was so loud we asked to swap they had said there fully booked when looking on their website there were still plenty of other room I could have booked for that night we also asked at the same time if we could have a extra pillow as they provided small square pillows that were just enough to rest my head on lay down flat in one statue like position the maintenance person followed us up the stairs and got a pillow out of another room and this was filthy and had marks on it that were very visible on white sheets I would have recommended the hostel across the street over Trianon there best feature was the vending machine and free map

Definitely one of the coolest hostel Iâve been. Super cool stuff,easy and fast check in and out , great facilities,bar ,coffee shop , hall area super chill atmosphere. I am very satisfied with my stay in this hostel and with reception staff. Location is perfect too . I had lovely stay and will definitely come again and recommend it to everyone. Only one thing is not good ,check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am đ thatâs kinda annoying đ¤ˇâď¸ but all other things are just great đ¤Šđ¤

A good 5 min walk away from nice Asian food place Market 27 while the environment is peaceful and modern. The housekeeping service is splendid as we returned to the hotel room each night to find everything in order. The bed is hard enough for my comfort. Pillows are splendid and high enough. Water pressure in the bath room is good too. The clothes hanging rack is a little high for shorter Asian people like myself⌠but still manageable for a 1.7m tall man.
Location is the best. It is located opposite metro station that 1 stations distance away then bring you Amsterdam Centre. Besides, it is right besides bus interchange that can bring us to zaandam.

Had a great experience as a solo traveller. All I needed was a comfortable bed and a shower in the morning and this fit that purpose.
Room is well designed, and had plenty of hanging / storage space. Matress is firm, which is how I have mine so I was happy with the comfort of my sleep.
No problems with both heating and cooling, as well as no hot water problems. Only thing I would say is if youâre staying on an outside room, and the rain is pretty hard, it will cause some noise as it hits the metal structure. Didnât bother me, but it could bother others who are more sensitive to noise.
Iâd stay again , and felt it offered great value for money

I like the Hyatt the rooms are nice and the bed comfortable, the buffet in the morning is not that tasty but it does itâs job! The shuttle should be free ⌠even in hotels with less stars thereâs free shuttles back and forth, the gym is very nice but the hotel in general has nothing fun, the menu of the restaurant is very very very simple ..

Saya fikir ia adalah hotel yang sesuai untuk penginapan jangka panjang, kerana bilik-bilik dilengkapi dengan dapur, dan terdapat bilik dobi serta pelayan air di dalam hotel.
Saya tidak tahu cara menggunakan ketuhar di dapur, jadi saya pergi bertanya kepada kakitangan meja depan, dan mereka datang ke bilik saya dan menerangkannya kepada saya secara terperinci!

Room is ok and decent for the price you paid for. Basic amenities provided but note that they do not have facial tissue or bedroom slipper provided.
The room probably not suitable for friends who are body shy? There is a hole to the bathroom sliding door, so thereâs basically no privacy to it.
Overall, pretty happy with the stay.

PPengguna TetamuHotel was great for the price you pay. The rooms are tiny (barely enough room to open a suitcase) and although situated conveniently next to a metro station is in the middle of nowhere but again, you get what you pay for and the lobby, gym and communal areas are well designed and well kept. If you donât mind a 15/20min Metro travel to Amsterdam Centraal you wouldnât mind it here I give the hotel 2 stars because I accidentally left my Apple Airpod headphones in the lobby area the day I checked out to visit another hotel in Amsterdam, although when I called Hotel Leonardo that same night to ask them if theyâd been handed in I was told they hadnât. I travelled down to the hotel the next morning to be told the same thing, that there were no headphones that had been handed in but they asked for my name and previous room number so they could contact me should they turn up. Luckily I was able to make my lost AirPods make a sound (findmyiphone feature you can activate when you lose a device) and I could hear them beeping behind the front desk so I told the receptionist that I knew they were behind the desk and she eventually handed them over. I firmly believe the hotel staff were trying to keep my misplaced AirPods headphones and if I had not been able to make the sound from the Airpods they would have pocketed them

PPengguna TetamuOh my, I loved staying at BUNK Hotel Amsterdam. I was first attracted by the good reviews of this young hostel/hotel hybrid, booked it far enough in advance for an early bird discount, and just a couple of days into my seven day stay, I realized I'd truly gotten a great deal. BUNK Amsterdam is fantastic! Ugh, where to start? I rented a pod, which is in a large room containing about 50 pods. Pods are preferable to bunk beds or other kinds of barrack-style hostels. There is privacy, there is enough space for you to get comfortable, change your clothes, the mattress is fine, the blanket and pillow are very cushy and cozy, the curtain is thick and heavy. The lighting situation inside the pod is unique, one of those switches with a lot of color and tone options, so you can really light the pod to your mood. I slept very well considering I was in a room with 30-50 other people at any given time. You also get a private locker beneath your pod that can fit a suitcase and a backpack with relative ease, unless you've overpacked.
The bathroom is non-gendered, all the stalls are very clean and private. As a guy, it felt weird to use the bathroom while women were in it, so I blasted music in my earbuds to tune the world out while I did my business, ha. The showers are in a separate room and also very private. The water pressure is great and the showerheads are waterfall style. They have towels available at all hours. If you don't see any on the rack, just ask and there they shall be.
The biggest surprise for me here was the restaurant. The restaurant attached to BUNK is basically a 4-star restaurant with 2-star prices. They have a full bar with well-priced drinks and very skilled, very handsome bartenders/baristas who can craft a wide arrays of cocktails. The chefs are also highly skilled, and the servers are attentive and kind. The menu is diverse, ranging from avocado toast to an interesting Indonesia beef stew-like dish that I can only describe as mind-blowingly delicious. They also featured a âtacoâ that was very tasty despite really not being a taco at all. My favorite breakfast (and perhaps favorite overall meal) was their Eggs Bennie with fresh smoked salmon. For dessert, on multiple occasions I ordered their popular Snickers dessert, which was peanut ice cream with caramel and shards of chocolate and brittle. I meant to do more foodie tourism during my week in Amsterdam, but the food was so good I wound up taking a good percentage of my meals in the BUNK restaurant. I snapped some pictures of the food I mentioned; it should go without saying that I am not a pro photographer.
The front desk is manned (or womaned) 24/7, so anytime there was an issue or I had a question, someone was available. They are very attentive with regards to customer service. I should also note with their keycard system and network of entrances and hallways, I felt very safe. They care about security there and take proper, non-intrusive methods to make sure everyone is comfortable. I should also mention the facility is just beautiful. It's built within a very old church, there is a library, plants everywhere, a calming vibe throughout, and a quiet room for work or study.
BUNK is located in the North section of Amsterdam (Noord). Noord is the quieter part of Amsterdam, suburb feeling as opposed to the city vibe elsewhere. It's extremely easy to get to the Central area from here though. There is a ferry about a 10 minute walk away that takes you to the central area, as well as a tram a five minute walk away that takes you directly to Centraal Station.
I really hit a home run choosing this place, BUNK Amsterdam truly delivered the goods. Great building, great amenities, great staff, great restaurant, great location. I would recommend this to anyone traveling solo or as a couple/small group. Very small group. It's great to stay for a couple of days or a whole week. I loved my experience here and would stay again if/when I return to Amsterdam. Great place.

The guy opened up the buffet breakfast at 6am for us, 14paxs to pack our breakfast for our onwards early journey to Paris. Tqvm yađĽ°đ. Strategic location, just beside the train station.

PPengguna TetamuAfter our Viking Rhine Cruise ended in Amsterdam, we planned to stay the night to check out the city. This hotel had the right combination of price, location, and amenities. We chose one of the 2nd floor suits which included a balcony for smoking. The room was located above the side street which was lined with sycamore trees so the balcony was screened by the branchesâit was lovely. Noise level was not bad since this was not the tourist sector but it was still the city so it wasnât quiet or dark. The room was spacious especially the bathroom. From the hotel we walked to the old city and passed several canals along the way. We didnât wind up eating at the hotel but we did order from the bar and the bartender was friendly. The staff was friendly and called a cab for us in the morning to get to the airport. Would stay here again.

BBrianSurprisingly, I had a disappointing experience at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam Arena Towers. The front desk staff was somewhat dismissive and the breakfast was not up to par with other Express locations. Otherwise, the rooms are of typical small-ish European size and comfortable. Note that unlike other international hotels, they don't provide power adapters in the room nor at the front desk (you can purchase one in the kiosk). The location is conveniently located close to the Arena, which means trains and ample fast food choices. It's not a bad choice even if you have to invest roughly half an hour by train to get to downtown Amsterdam.

Hotel in lovely area, 15 min tram to the centre, good sized clean room - basic decoration. Very much a backpackers hotel/hostel vibe. Not for someone expecting a prestige type room for the price. There was a mini fridge in our room we found very useful. Cleaners and staff were great, iron was avaliable, and slept with little noise coming from neighbouring rooms. The place had a nice atmosphere with the music venue and studios on the ground floor. We were very worried after reading some bad reviews but relieved by our actual experience of a spotless room, fresh towels everyday and a fan in our room when it was warm. It still seems a little overpriced in comparison to hotels in other cities but I think its average when it comes to Amsterdam with limited accommodation options.

I was a little concerned about this hotel after reading so many bad reviews, but I decided to give it a chance, since the location and the price were so perfect. I was not disapointed. The staff was very friendly, the room, the sheets, towels and bathroom were really clean. I could point two negative things about this room: it was really small (which was no problem, I was alone) and my pillow was nothing but a folded blanket inside a pillow cover. Other than that no complains. Could definitely stay here again.
