The room was nice and spacious. The cleaning staff only changed the bed sheets and took out the trash, not our towels. The window in my room couldn't be closed tightly so the wind blew quite cold in the evening. The room didn't have a hair dryer as stated, I asked for a hair dryer at the reception but was told there were no available dryers at the moment. This was a bit disappointing.

阿姆斯特丹華爾道夫。位置沒得説，就在紳士運河邊，一幢老錢歐洲的房子。離幾大博物館1.2-1.5公里，走路20分鐘以內（三層運河和每走幾步就有可愛小橋以及岸邊巧克力一樣的小房子讓路程更加短了）。服務一流，早餐非常好，煙燻三文魚啊火腿啊都是自己做的，口味很好，但是客房餐就一言難盡了😭；客房衞生也是絕對標準，淺白色衞生間的地面上、浴缸、淋浴間、枱麪、任何地方都找不到一絲不潔，打掃衞生的服務員依然是那麼神出鬼沒（和香港東京的高級酒店們一樣）；洗浴是整全套大瓶裝伊索，直接擺那；基本就是除了貴沒毛病～下次來阿姆斯特丹還會再考慮住。

Superb location, very new to the Amsterdam Centraal station and walking distance to most of the places to visit in Amsterdam. Just no kettle and tap water taste chlorine. Overall stay was really good, I’ll definitely recommend for 1st time traveller.

The hotel is in a very good location to walk around the city. Everywhere is a walking distance. A good choice but a little expensive in view of room size.

We had a corner room with views over a canal. The room was very large and quite plain, but functional and everything worked. The bed was firm, but very comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast selection was excellent. The only negative was on our first night which was quite windy and a loose french window was rattling badly until I wedged it closed with some paper. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Museum Quarter museums, the Vondelpark and the outer canal ring, whilst a walk into the Amsterdam Centre and other localities is no problem. The tramline into the Centre is also not far away. Certainly recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable. Reception, porter, concierge were fantastic. The breakfast server (brown ponytail) was not warm and friendly. She made me feel unwelcome and chastised. We walked in and did not see the hostess. I did not understand that one server was speaking to me. Another server sternly told me that her colleague was talking to me. I felt like a child being corrected. For €600 + a night this is unacceptable. Just kindly help me know what to do. She also rudely told me milk was on the table for coffee. I felt rushed and just missed it. For this high price, you should kindly redirect and help people figure out the breakfast routine. I’ve traveled many places. This made me stressed and I simply wanted a good cup of coffee. Why? Can’t you just be nice?

The location is excellent as it is closed to central station. One large supermarket is downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Appreciate the welcome cookie and services by Front office, concierge and restaurant were great.

Fantastic hotel close to tram, metro and train station with easy and fast access to airport and city centre. Hotel is designed as modern and contemporary with bright artwork and garden designed restaurant and swanky cocktail bar. Highlights- high floor premium room with a a view- stunning view across Amsterdam from every angle. Comfy bed and coffee machine and real milk in the fridge. Very comfy bed and luxurious toiletries. Breakfast- amazing!! Prosecco or vodka Bloody Mary available too and made to order omelettes in addition to the high quality food on offer- bagel station, yogurts and cakes and desserts and waffle station. Alternative milk oat, almond, soya including in the coffee machine meaning dairy free latte and cappuccino. Reception- staff friendly and helpful and free sweetie bar and coffee/tea/hot chocolate cart. Restaurant beautiful design but you need to prebook. Cons- free drink voucher in exchange for not having room cleaned caused issue as only 1 drink was free meaning others in same room had to pay! One staff member in restaurant was very abrupt and rude when we bought wine to take to room and was told we Could not buy a glass of wine and reside to our room, had to drink at the bar! Couldn’t get WiFi to work.

Excellent location near Leidseplein. Rooms are very small. I could not open my suitcase in the room. Reception is slow and no flexibility to get room before 3 pm. They check you in upon arrival but you do not get the room until 3 pm. You have to stand in line twice and they are only 2 at reception and everything takes time. Rooms are clean and very well equipped.
