因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。

The hotel is great to reach the theme parks. There's shuttle buses and boats! Love that it's resort style, you've got excellent restaurants, activities and shops to explore. We went with a few families, it was very kid friendly. Tricky for those who don't speak much Mandarin/canto. Not many people speak English.. Translation apps are the way to go. Our room was lovely, large bathroom and comfy beds. But after seeing a suite and comparing our friends last minute booking prices - I definitely think it's worth shopping around. Our Ac was set to full blast.. I know why after we turned it down. The room smelt like old musty carpet. 😵💫 so if you get rm 10122 be ready to crank the AC or leave the balcony door open.

Kemudahan: Kemudahan yang disediakan sangat lengkap, seperti sabun dobi, losyen badan, gunting, kit jahitan, peti sejuk, peti besi, kabel pengecas berbilang kepala, malah terdapat tab mandi kaki (beg khas untuk setiap orang). Selepas pulang dari Macau pada waktu malam, merendam kaki terasa sangat selesa. Kebersihan: Sangat bersih, tiada bau busuk, dan tiada kulat, yang sangat jarang berlaku memandangkan kawasan ini sangat lembap. Persekitaran: Terdapat tingkap dari lantai ke siling yang menghadap ke Gongbei Port dan Macau, dengan pemandangan yang tidak terhalang. Walau bagaimanapun, ia sangat sunyi, tiada bunyi bising. Di tingkat bawah terdapat pusat membeli-belah dengan banyak restoran dan pasar raya, sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan: Di tingkat bawah, pengurus hotel akan membantu berhubung dengan kaunter penyambut tetamu hotel, mengiringi tetamu ke tingkat lima, membantu dengan bagasi, dan semasa daftar masuk terdapat cenderahati dan buah-buahan selamat datang. Mereka juga akan mengesyorkan tempat makan dan tarikan menarik berdekatan.

First time staying in this hotel in Zhuhai although I am an I HG Member. We always have confident in this hotel group, but this is the first time choosing this hotel in China. Overall experience is marvelous, even better than our previous ones in Bangkok Thailand. Room is spacious and stylish with stunning view. Location is convenient. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful, especially Emily, who took care of our check in and our needs afterwards etc. Her enthusiasm made us feel welcome and warmth that gave our trip a pleasant touch! We will chose this hotel again in our future trips to Zhuhai and will recommend it to our friends too.

This was my second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. The service is excellent from check in (special thank you Barbara) to the entire staff. Our room was facing the ocean and the sound of the waves was soothing. You are near the wonderful Maritime museum and steps from the beach. Overall a great place to stay five stars. I will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

This hotel is fantastic! Amazing service and quality. We felt very welcomed and all of our needs were met with great hospitality. The staff were extremely friendly as well. They provided great service and made sure our room was thoroughly cleaned day-to-day. 10/10 experience! Would highly recommend staying here again.

必須給滿分好評！！酒店地理位置很好，出行打車、逛商圈都特別方便。一進房間就被乾淨程度驚艷到，地面、衞浴死角都打掃得乾乾淨淨，乾濕分離設計很貼心，24小時熱水出水流暢，空調和WiFi運行穩定。床墊軟硬適中，遮光窗簾效果絕佳，隔音也很棒，好好休息了一整晚。前台辦理入住退房效率很高，工作人員禮貌又貼心，有需求溝通後很快就能解決。這個價位能擁有這樣的硬件和服務，性價比拉滿，已經推薦給朋友，下次來這邊還會住這裏！！！！

Absolutely fantastic stay. Wonderful hotel and staff . Beautiful room. Allowed early and late check out , I can’t speak more highly about this hotel . Breakfast was fantastic such a selection . Beautiful hotel room with fabulous view . Fantastic location near to lots of attractions . This is the nicest hotel I have stayed in , in China and in fact many places . The most polite and efficient receptionists . Hotel is immaculate , I would recommend this place and look forward to visiting again . This made our stay . Great pool as well .

Sheraton Shantou Htl is located in the city center. We went to shopping and eat at MixC Shopping Mall twice during our stay. The MixC is just a few hundred meter away. Also Longyan South Road-Food Street and Food Stall-is 1.5 km away and not far from MixC. This street will be alive at night and crowded with people looking for food and snack. Service and cleanliness of Sheraton Shantou is up to Sheraton standard which we always choose for our trip abroad.
