This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re traveling with a family to visit Disneyland this is the hotel for you. We love the convenience of being able to walk back to the hotel to take a little break. Highly recommended.

A wonderful hotel in walking distance to Disneylands Maingate. This was a huge relief after a long and exhausting day in the parks. Also very close to garden walk if you want to venture out to eat or the hotel has a great range of dining options as well. The room was spacious and very clean. We booked a balcony room and it was well worth it to sit in the fresh air in the evenings. The very small downside was the noise in the corridor and through the walls to the rooms next door. We happened to stay at the same time as a large wedding party and we could hear the children running up and down the hallway and jumping around their room for a couple of hours. Annoying but they eventually stopped.

酒店設施整體比較新，房間也不錯。但是酒店的服務着實有點差，客房打掃需要催很多次才能來，然後到了晚上客房服務速度極慢，要個毯子催了2次，50分鐘才來。 另外酒店入住每天有一個30刀的強制消費，信用卡每天自動扣除，不能累積不用就浪費，感覺十分不合理，甚至不合規。其次，代客泊車每天60刀，他們會告訴你酒店衹能valet，但是其實你可以自己停到隔壁停車場，酒店2樓走一下過去1-2分鐘。

호텔 깨끗하고 넓어요. 가방 보관해주는데 열쇠달린 방에 보관해줘서 안심할 수 있어요. 얼리체크인은 40달러 내야하는데 그냥 짐 맡기고 디즈니랜드 갔다가 11시55분에 체크인 했는데도 친절하게 체크인 해주셨어요. 식사는 5층인데 오믈렛하고 스프는 맛있었습니다 :) 디즈니랜드에서는 좀 먼데 걸어서 다녀도 괜찮고 밤에도 도로 앞에다가 사람이 많아서 안전했습니다.

I booked this hotel last minute as I was looking for an accommodation close to Disneyland. And I was blown away by everything. I checked in around 8PM, after a very long day. I was incredibly drained and most likely not the best version of myself, but I had the most welcoming and helpful check in experience thanks to Yannik and Cristian. They made sure I was set for success… and for a super resting night of sleep ! The lobby is state of the art and the room was too ! All the furnitures were like new, and my room offered a view on the Matterhorn mountain. Very sweet ! The room had a big living area, with a kitchen and a pretty big couch. The bedroom was 2 queen size beds. The bathroom ( I’m picking about bathroom) was really spacious and the shower was just perfect. Breakfast was complimentary but I left too early to enjoy it. Room service options are numerous as the hotel partners with a bunch of restaurants around. Last but not least, it’s soooo convenient to go to disney from this hotel ! I’m a fast walker and it takes me under 10 minutes to make it to Disneyland’s bagcheck. I’m assuming a family with children would need maybe under 15 minutes, including quite long crosswalks. If you’re looking a modern, beautiful-looking accommodation close to Disneyland, I would 100 percent recommend !

環境設施一流，酒店很新。但信用卡亂扣費。既然訂單包含4位早餐，為什麼早餐再次被收費？早餐亞裔女領位服務態度很差，告知衹能吃冷餐，不能動熱食……其實根本也沒有什麼熱食，比起國內三星級早餐都不如，真不知道漂亮國打工仔牛哄哄的底氣來自何方。

If you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily. Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.

Hotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

If your going to Disneyland this hotel is perfect. Your just across from the entrance and closer than some official Disney hotels. It also has parking which I was really worried about. It was so close we could go back to the room for an hour at midday rest recharge phones and go back in. Will stay again if going to Disney. Only issue no hairdryer in the room and it can be a little noisy at night as people come back from the park.

Ok the place is very busy (not a problem) but the staff there are very unknowledgeable and will pass you from one desk to another. All we got was “I am so sorry , I don’t know” on several attempts to get info, including price for Wi-Fi access in our room The rooms had cobwebs on the sprinkler and the lamp shades. I won’t be staying there again
