The service staff was really sweet, and the shuttle to/from Disney was good (although only 4-5x a day). Loved exploring the area around Knott’s as well. It’s currently undergoing renovation but that’s okay
Only issue was that my husband got got food poisoning from the ice machine. Believe the ice machine wasn’t cleaned properly so quite disappointed about that

今回1人旅でキングベッドの部屋に宿泊しました。
口コミを見ていて不安な点もありましたが、
トータルして最高でした。また泊まるかと聞かれたら
間違いなくここにします。穴場な場所だとおもいます。

★15時チェックインとありますが13時には部屋に入れてもらえたこと
★ドライヤーの風が強かったこと
★エアコンがしっかりきいたこと
★ベッドがふかふかだったこと
★遮光カーテンだったこと
★部屋からDisneyの花火が見えたこと
★清潔だったこと
★ホテルをでて左手にすぐOCバスの43番乗り場があり
ディズニーまで2ドルでいけること
歩くと20分くらいです。
★とても静かだったこと
★チェックアウトの後荷物を預かってもらえたこと
ただ夕方の5時には引き取りに来るようにいわれた
ホテルよりモーテルの方が案外静かに過ごせるかもしれません。次の日にサンタモニカの$300〜のホテルに宿泊しましたがそこより静かに過ごせました
周りにコンビニはありませんがホテルの受付でお水（＄3）
やスナックが買えます。
悪かった点はそこまで思いつきません、、。
シャワーの出し方が難しく30分くらいかかったので
アメリカ シャワーの出し方で検索した方が良いです！
2階の人はエレベーターがないので荷物を運ぶのが大変そうでした。
価格が安くて心配になりますがとても良い滞在になりました

This place was perfect to me!
I went to Disneyland and the location was near from disneyland so just took the Grove bus (Disneyland Main Transportation Center 03/you need a ticket) and rode 1 stop. The counter officers were kind and also people in the same room were.

Hotel is close to Disneyland. Kids liked the water slide. Customer has room for improvement. Waiting an hour to find booking is unacceptable, management could have resolved issue more professionaly with trip.com
Customers should never have to contact trip.com and the hotel to resolve a booking problem. Trip.com made things right…but experience was lame.

The front desk clerk seemed not friendly no smile on his face. The bed sheet was clean but the material was not cotton may be made of synthetic material. The room window roll up curtain couldn’t close find out at 10pm before sleep. Morning breakfast was really not that exciting, scrambled eggs add a lot of bread crumbs in it. The sausage had a lot of fat, good thing was fresh orange and Apple found on the table. I may not choose to stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in the staff was so accomodating and polite. We are very light sleepers and concerned about being so close to the freeway, but we heard nothing. It was so quiet and peaceful in the hotel in general and in our room. What an enexpected blessing! The room was clean and spacious. I really liked the size of the shower and how there were plenty of shelves for our families shower products. We made use of the gym while we were there. We didn't use the pool because the weather was too cold for us. There were people enjoying it and the hot tub as well. They had a nice, free breakfast that had hot and cold items. Better than most hotels we've stayed at. Also, there is a Star bucks within about a 2 minute walk from the hotel, bonus for us!. The area seems to be very safe and clean. We never had any issues walking around at night. There is plenty of parking as well. If you are visiting Disneyland you can get the ART shuttle, but we always Uber. The price of the Uber was an average of $7 to $12 each way. It was probably high due to the fact that there was a convention with 90k visitors and the start of springbreak in the midwest. This was our first stay at this property. We really enjoyed our stay here. If Ayres other properties are as nice an accomodating as this one we will give them a try as well. Thanks Ayres!

Convenient to drive as it's next to all the freeways. Not much in the area around if you are walking. Hotel felt safe, clean and modern. Breakfast in the morning is simple but filling. Rooms and showers felt large, I very much enjoyed my stay here

JJoybI’m writing this because it helped when I was looking to book a place for our trip to Disneyland and also I was happy with my stay. We stayed 3 nights here. I had stayed here before 20yrs ago. First, the castle theme is eye catching for the kids( my daughter is 17 and it was her 1st time to Disneyland) she thought it was cool. Place was clean, hot tub was hot and the pool was good temperature and all was clean. Well lit, no weird activities or people around. Good parking area. Room had a microwave and refrigerator that I wasn’t specifically looking for but it came in really handy. We ordered door dash and kept drink and left overs in frig. It’s close to restaurants, Starbucks, walgreen and of course Disneyland. I have a bad knee and It was close enough for me to walk without issues. It’s like 2 blocks away. I forgot to mention I needed a first floor room when I booked it and the staff made sure I got one. They did inform me that it is a bit noisier on the first floor which there were some noise but nothing crazy and I appreciated the information. People are on vacation so the place had early activity from guest but still not anything too noisy. I looked at hotels for hours trying to pick one for this trip. One I was going to pick also said it is close to Disneyland but I noticed it when we arrive in town and it was on the back side. This hotel is on the same street as the main entrance to Disneyland. We walked back to the hotel after midnight and the streets was well light as well as the hotel. I’m really glad I chose this hotel and I would stay here again. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

PPengguna TetamuWe were woken up early at 7 AM both mornings of our stay. Employees who were on strike used a loud megaphone and drums and banged and screamed outside of our hotel room. The hotel did not compensate us at all for this inconvenience. Also not all of the restaurants and amenities were open due to a lack of workers.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaVery convenience if you are going to disneyland, there is a straight shuttle bus outside that brings you straight to there.
Only disappointed is that forgot to make up our room, because when the person came we were still in the room. Maybe miscommunication, but overall a pleasant experience.

I’ve been staying with you since 2010, when I first started bringing my granddaughter to Disneyland. Over the years, as she grew older and moved to Thousand Oaks for high school and now college, I’ve continued to make wonderful memories at Disneyland and at your hotel, now with my younger granddaughter. Your team has always provided a welcoming and comfortable experience, which is why I keep coming back. While I’ve noticed that room rates have gone up, which seems to be the case everywhere these days, I still value the quality of my stays with you. It’s becoming harder for us to stay multiple nights like we used to, but that hasn’t changed our love for your hotel. PPengguna TetamuIf you are doing the Disneyland/Disney California Adventure then this hotel is only a block away. But it's situated further in the block that it's not right on the street (it can get the cross streets can get very very busy). The pool is big and clean. I actually booked this hotel for that sole reason. I wanted a big pool so as not to swim in a crowded pool. The pool at this hotel satisfied that for me. My only complaint is that the room I was in did not have hot water in the shower. While I stayed here in August and the weather was in the upper 80s, it is still hard to shower when the shower head is blasting icy cold water. Also, the tub gets clogged very easily.
Other than that I liked the hotel. I'll probably stay here again when I come back to Anaheim.

2階建てでアパートのような雰囲気です。扉を開けると廊下はなく直ぐ部屋になってます。部屋は広めです。
新しくはないですが綺麗に清掃されてます。
エンゼルスタジアムまではオレンジカウンティバスで20分くらいです。アプリを入れると簡単に1日券も買えます。
ガソリンスタンドにコンビニもあるので朝食にも困りません。
道路に面していないので静かでとても過ごしやすかったです。

PPengguna TetamuI really appreciate Elizabeth and Miguel at the front desk. They were AWESOME! There was a little hiccup at checkin but they were able to clear it up and help us to our room. We really appreciate the kindness, effort and professionalism.
Trip.com was also awesome! I called trip.com’s 24/7 service and didn’t expect to get a person but they picked up immediately and called the hotel immediately to clear everything up. It is our first time using trip.com. We will definitely use the service again.
We needed a place to stay the night so didn’t spend much time in the room. It is a hotel room with the necessary amenities for a nights stay. That was all we needed. If we were in the area, we would definitely stay again.

SSoldier&PunkyThe security guard was very rude! He was hassling us as we were loading our car with our belongings. We had a long trip ahead of us so we had to organize our stuff in the car, which would have taken us about 20 mins AT THE MOST. With him constantly harassing us about taking too much time and us having to stop what we’re doing to speak with him it ended up taking us an hour to do the task. We also were traveling with my emotional support animal whom just had babies (2 kittens) and so they were in the car in a cage and he even started yelling while my husband was cleaning out the litter box which terrified our pets!! It’s crazy how unprofessional this man was.
On the other hand, the room itself was nice! I loved the layout, how there is a sliding door that separates the front half which is the bed, tv, and bathroom area. And then the back half has a sofa ( that can be pulled out into a bed) and a sofa chair, coffee table, and two end tables, the windows which do open, and an additional tv. It’s perfect for my husband whim likes to watch tv all night while I’m sleeping in the bed in the other area. They also have a great breakfast with a waffle maker!! So besides the security guard in the parking structure I had a great experience at this hotel.

MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
