UNRELIABLE!! I was supposed to travel with my family and I gave them a pre-arrival call around 3 weeks before, and the staff was indirectly forcing me to book with them directly. When, I politely told him that I don't want to do that then he said that he cant offer the rate which is mentioned online and then he cancelled my booking from his side. SUCH A PATHETIC THING TO DO BEING IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY. THEY ARE ONLY SURVING BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER COMPETITOR. ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME. What an irony that they are resorting to such unethical practices being located so close to such a heritage gurudwara sahib. SUCH A SHAME!! ***************************************************************** I am writing this section after getting the response from the hotel. They have conveniently mentioned that it is because of the pet that they have denied the wrong, which is absolutely wrong. The person dealing with me confirmed that they can allow the pet. THE ONLY REASON THEY DENIED THE BOOKING IS BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. EVEN IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 35 PROPERTIES, STILL THEY HAVE THIS KIND OF ATTITUDE. LOOK AT THE WAY THEY HAVE RESPONSED. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY, ALL THEY KNOW IS TO LIE!! ALSO, YES I HAVE BOOKED THE PROPERTY VIA MAKE MY TRIP. BUT YOU FOOLS, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO POSTED YOUR PROPERTY THERE, AND IF YOU CANT HONOUR THE RATE THAT IS BEING DISPLAYED THERE THEN YOU SHOULD CONTACT THEM AND SORT IT OUT AND NOT HARASS THE CLIENT WHO BOOKED THE PROPERTY TO STAY WITH THE FAMILY. IT'S SUCH A SHAME THAT THEY ARE LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE GURUDWARA SAHIB AND THEY INDULDGE IN SUCH UNETHICAL PRACTICES. A BIG SHAME TO THEM. BABAJI IS WATCHING. DONT FORGET THAT.. NOBODY IS ABOVE THE ALMIGHTY. TIME WILL TELL YOU GUYS.. REMEMBER THAT

-room was not same as per pictures. -condition of room was also not very good, weird smell in room and barhroom. -no window in room, very uncomfortable stay. -too much noise was coming from outside the room.

Location is awesome for people going for religious reasons. Staff are nice. Breakfast served to the room is also good and hot. Issue is only that there is a staircase to climb up to and it might not be elderly friendly.

The room was okay. The pictures uploaded were different from the specific room provided to me by the property owner. Basic amenities like intercom, tv (operational, exhaust fan in toilet etc was not available in the room.

Location is good but there is no way to reach at destination easily by car. Food was good. Amenities and services needs to be improved. Tvs do not have set top boxes. Broken cabinets. Rooms smell bad. Carpets are not clean in rooms.
