Ho soggiornato dal 13 Marzo 2023 al 18 Marzo. Hotel sito in comoda posizione per raggiungere anche a piedi e con poco sforzo ogni zona di Ancona. Hotel molto bello sito in edificio storico. L'attenzione e la cortesia del personale tutto verso i clienti è maniacale. Tutti sono stati pronti a soddisfare con garbo sorriso e cortesia ogni richiesta da me avanzata. Struttura molto pulita. Altra accortezza usata al cliente è quella dell'uso libero senza ulteriore aggravio economico di quanto presente nel frigo bar che puntualmente ogni mattina viene ripristinato così come le tisane e i caffè che è possibile farsi in ogni momento con il bollitore. La colazione di tipo continentale quindi con dolce e salato è servita con prodotti genuini, buoni e di gran varietà.Gradita la possibilità di avere spremuta di arancia fatta al momento e molto gustosa. Il bagno presenta un ampia doccia con grande soffione il che è molto comodo e ripassante. È presente anche un garage interno.Struttura da consigliare assolutamente.

While the Lobby and restaurant are very nice the hotel could really use and update. The hallways are dark and really outdated. The AC gets shut off every night so it is hard to sleep because the temp goes from cool to hot. Every day when the room was made up they cranked the temperature up so it was very hot after walking up 2 flights of stairs then up the hill to the hotel. The wifi was terrible, video would buffer every 45 sections if it ran at all. The staff was great though.

Mentre la colazione è stata altrettanto perfetta, dal luogo molto ordinato, pulito e dettagliato su tutti gli alimenti che offriva. I servizi di parcheggio e il wi-fi erano ottimi come anche l'accoglienza da parte dello staff. L'unica nota dolente sta nei condizionatori che di notte fanno abbastanza rumore. P.s complimenti per l'arredamento, moderno e funzionale

The rooms at Hotel Fortuna are simple and basic - with a desk, bed & wardrobe. My room had a small balcony. The bathroom was decent-sized. For the price, it was worth it. Pros - directly opposite Ancona station. Stay here if you need to get to other destinations in the region by train. Connectivity to the old town is convenient with frequent bus services from the station. It is not walkable so you will need to take public transport. There is a coffee shop next door where you can buy bus tickets. - Polite staff who spoke English well. - Housekeeping did a good job. - Great water pressure which was nice and hot. No kettle in the room so used the hot water to make tea. - Comfortable bed and pillows Cons - Air conditioning was set to ‘Heat’ as it’s not yet summer. Visited in May so the room can get stuffy during the day unless you leave the balcony door open. - No kettle or mini fridge in the room. - The wifi was intermittent during my 2-night stay. - A single plug point near the bed. Carry a multi-plug adapter if you need to charge multiple devices. - Not much in the area for food. - Room keys are clunky and inconvenient to carry around.

Tempat dongeng, tetapi cukup jauh dari Portonovo dan Mezzavalle jika, seperti saya, anda hanya boleh bergerak dengan berjalan kaki dan dengan saono trekking. Saya tidak berani untuk berkata apa-apa, tetapi mereka pasti menyedarinya sendiri kerana semasa daftar keluar mereka memberi saya diskaun berbanding harga yang dilihat pada menu.

Picked this hotel as the one we have stayed in before was closed and it is really easy to find when you get off the ferry. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Had a few questions before we arrived and the hotel was really helpful. As someone else has put its not in the greatest of locations but once inside the hotel you forget all about that. Felt safe and at ease with the covid restrictions, the room was lovely, large, spacious lovely sea view, the bathroom was also lovely with a great shower. A very modern room. Even managed to watch English football which was a massive plus. Food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic and very reasonably priced. My wifes starter was more like a starter for two. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone
