The overall look is not bad. I found something like a chocolate stain on my pillow. The wifi is weak. Overall, a below average experience.

I would say it has been good decision to choose this hotel. The lobby is elegant and nice. Reception and, security are accomodating and helpful. They are friendly and gave a welcoming vibe. They gave us also a room upgrade from one to 2 beds for the 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 kids ). The room is big and has a complete things we needed. Overall, i would very much want to choose this hotel for our next stay and will recommend this to our family and friends.

Stayed here before and got an upgrade so decided to stay again and booked in advance for 2 separate dates. No upgrade this time and room is meh. Pillows are old and blankets are visibly worn out. Toilet smells and water pressure is horrible. I booked for 2 nights and decided to check out early as I can't sleep. Staff are always nice but the facility needs a huge reno.

Affordable rates. Celebrity stays here. The breakfast buffet is really worth the price. Excellent service. Hallway and rooms was newly refurbished and painted. Wish management invest on floppy pillows. The happiest hotel in town.

When i press the switch on , a loud spark and sound, i felt a jolt in myfinger. a maintenance crew cut the wires. I got a shock and may have been more serious. I was waiting to be transfered for safety but no action was done. There was also a foul odor at the hallway, the 1st room near the elevator door was open and having repainting the thinners and paint , door was terrible. I am a diamond elite and my booking with trip.com guarantees early booking says in the fine print . I did viber frontdesk of my arrival earlier but still got the room 2:45 and wasted time at the lobby. So I try to cancel the next 3days booking in my app but hotel policy decline my request. Too tired to argue and fight back.
