Excellent service

If you're prepared for natural noise, and to sleep with earplugs, and if you're an hour from the city center, Beige is definitely an unforgettable place. The service is absolutely top-notch; the duty manager took meticulous care of us every day. The food was also delicious. Finally, we experienced the hotel's temple picnic – it was totally worth it!

This is a tented hotel on the outskirts of Siem Reap, quite unique, and we had a very good two-night stay. Monica's service was exceptionally attentive. My husband fell off his motorcycle during the trip, and because of the hot weather, the wound was slow to heal and became somewhat infected. Monica treated his wound and applied medication twice a day, and it improved significantly. We are very grateful for Monica's help. Because it's a tented hotel, there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel provides mosquito repellent spray, and the beds have mosquito nets. However, there were still many mosquitoes. I brought my own electric mosquito repellent, so there weren't many mosquitoes in the room. Note that the hotel doesn't provide electric mosquito repellent, so if this is a concern, you should prepare accordingly. The hotel has buffalo and elephants, which you can interact with. I read previous guests' feedback that the interaction between people and nature was very friendly. However, during our stay, the hotel mentioned that the elephants were quite large, and we could only see them at the elephant enclosure. When we arrived at the elephant enclosure, one elephant was kept inside, and it looked very pitiful and lonely. The hotel provides a basket of fruit to feed the elephants, but I felt the elephant might be sick, as it seemed to be struggling to eat. After seeing the elephants, my friend and I felt very sad. We had assumed the elephants roamed freely in the camp. Now, they've lost their freedom, left for people to admire and feed. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the dinner was also good, though the price was relatively expensive compared to Cambodia. However, for a luxury safari hotel, the price was quite reasonable. We ate at the hotel for two nights, and including drinks, it cost $110 USD per meal for three people. Many guests reported being bored. Having stayed four nights in the city and basically seen all the sights, we wanted a quiet place to relax for two days. So, we weren't bored at all. We slept, read, listened to the rain, swam, watched the buffalo, and took photos; the two days passed quickly. Regarding the loud music from the nearby villagers, it's true that it happens every morning and evening. Perhaps I managed my expectations, but I didn't find it very noisy. I have very poor sleep and usually wear earplugs to bed; with earplugs, it was very quiet.

I really love areas where I can connect with nature watching water buffalo roaming around playing with Dumbo I've been wanting to explore these places for years, and finally, in this tranquil spot, I spent a day quietly daydreaming. A temple picnic is also worth trying; it's said to be a very efficacious local temple. Facilities: Luxurious Environment: Absolutely stunning natural surroundings Service: Thoughtful and natural

The elephant interaction in the morning was really great, and the buffalo were quite interesting too. The tent was also nice, but you have to share it with insects and frogs 😂 The gaps in the door and fabric are a bit large.

It will be a bit noisy at night. It is not recommended to stay in the rainy season because the road will be very steep. Those who like wild camping can choose

The hotel concept and public areas are great, and watching the sunset from the rooftop pool is a must. The service is very good, they will always see you after check-in and departure. but! Don’t go there in April or May. Even if you turn on the air conditioner in the room, it can’t be turned on. It’s so hot that you can hardly sleep. Meals are more expensive. Although many of the materials are grown by oneself, there are too few singletons.

The boutique hotel is very special. The room selection is very detailed and the service is also very good. But the food is very average, there are not many facilities, and there are no options nearby. The time spent in the hotel is relatively limited.

A very unique hotel. I paid extra to upgrade the suite. The suite has many services and facilities, including an outdoor bathtub, swimming pool, and lounge. The service was also super good. The main person who received us was a 23-year-old thin boy who was very enthusiastic and from the village. He told us a lot of stories and made us feel at home. I forgot to leave a tip when I left, I felt very sorry for his good service😂 Very featured hotel. We upgraded to suite. The facility is very comprehensive. The hotel service is great. 非常值得的體驗

The Beige, what a nice place to put up our feet after a hectic Thailand trip. Cambodia in general is struggling with tourism, the beige although a small boutique hotel was very quiet. We were the only guests, they were extremely attentive but also gave our family space to recharge! Every single staff member was beautiful, honest and hard working. It poured the afternoon we arrived, having the sound of the rain falling on the roof of the tents was so peaceful. The tent was immaculately clean and plenty of fresh water for us. I have to say the food at the beige was next level, happy to say it was the best I’d eaten in Cambodia. I’m vegetarian and had no problem with the menu. A highlight for us was having the extremely friendly water buffalo roaming the property and the resident elephant that came for breakfast. We also opted to visit the local school. This was another highlight. In the cost of the tour you donate school supplies for the children. The lower years actually didn’t have booked to write in and were extremely grateful for the packages. Every single child waited patiently and couldn’t be more thankful! If you can stay at least one night at the beige. You won’t regret it!

Wow… a pearl in the jungle which can only get the best recommendations. Unfortunately the war with Thailand has kept visitors away, but we felt very safe and found NO reason to worry. The place I stonning and the service great and friendly. Great food and drinks. A wunderfull place to relax and enjoy life.

After two days of temples and tipples at Pub Street, The Beige was the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s a good half hour from Siem Reap so know that there’s not much going on aside from nature and peace and tranquility - although an extensive list of trips are offered. Accommodation is among the best of its kind we’ve stayed in, proper down with nature and the elements, but super comfortable. The staff are simply amazing and are on hand to deal with any requests - even to capture the odd rogue spider. Food and drink isn’t cheap but the quality is second to none. Waking up watching water buffalos feasting on the grass right outside is another sight to behold!

We had a fantastic girlfriend getaway at The Beige. We loved our tent with the private pool and had a fun and relaxing time watching the buffalo. The staff was fantastic and really took care of us. We would love to return to the peaceful setting
