Anji Longwangxi Golf Resort Villa

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

酒店位置很贊，離各大景區都很近，這次帶娃和父母一起出遊，入住很順利，也非常方便！ 酒店早餐很不錯，吃得很滿足！ 酒店管家隨時聯繫，接駁車接送也很及時，是一次很棒的出行體驗！ 酒店附近有高爾夫球場，可以練習，有優惠體驗券。 還有個夢幻島小童樂園，非常適合遛娃，娃兒放電！ 周圍有個烏象壩公園，非常適合溯溪玩水。風景很贊！

該酒店應該是別墅區，然後業主委託統一管理的感覺。小區環境還是挺好的，早晨起來散個步也很不錯。 服務基本説不上吧。畢竟不是專業酒店。衹能説你入住的時候，房間全部整理好了。會有管家把你帶到別墅。 訂酒店的時候，沒有注意到，雙人床就是一張1.5米的大床。 房間的衞生大體還是可以的。但是不能細看。 早餐一般，期望值不能太高。 但是，如果是朋友家一起出行，還是合適的，如果不是要求很高的話，畢竟客廳大家一起坐着聊聊天，吃吃夜宵還是不錯的。

酒店裝修看起來很温馨，訂的大床房，小孩多有點不方便，到酒店之後聯繫前台給升級了親子房，早餐種類非常多，每樣都可以吃一點。客房也乾淨整潔。👍

非常糟糕的體驗 1. 入住時提供證件，拿着你的證件就想用自己手機拍照發微信羣裏，還是是派出所規定，完全沒有客户私隱的管理。 2. 疊墅四間房，可以8個人入住，號稱有4個衞生間，但是2個衞生間是在樓下的，而且不帶洗澡的，房間都在樓上，基本上就是樓上的兩個房間共用一個洗手間，這是完全沒有想到的。 3. 房間都衞生堪憂，枕頭上，床單上有殘留的毛髮，不確定床單是否有更換

酒店內的一切都比較合心意，在入住前有接到酒店的電話，然後加了管家微信，入住很順利，酒店早餐也很不錯，種類很多，非常好！

酒店停車方便，有充電樁，我們開的電車，充電超級方便，前台服務好，我們人多還主動給我們換的更大點兒的房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠。
