Otele girdiğimizden itibaren güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı değerli arkadaşlar bize odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler odaya girdiğimizde birçok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha konforlu ve temizdi ayrica oda içindeki jakuzi zamanininizi daha iyi geçirmeniz için gerçekten mükemmel bir aktiviteydi genel olarak beğendik Ankara'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayi tercih edeceğim ve çevreme önereceğim . Отель мне очень нравится, очень удачное расположение, кафе, магазины рядом. Метро недалеко. Для Анкары вполне приличный завтрак. Не хватает только яичницы))). В номере есть все необходимое. В ванной есть даже фен. Тапочки. Все принадлежности шампунь, гель, кондиционер. Губка для обуви. Несколько раз уже проживал в этом отеле, всегда идут на встречу заселяют раньше времени заезда.

По приезду в хостел мы увидели табличку, что заселение возможно с 8 утра. Мы приехали к хостелу в 7 утра, подождали час. В 8.10 стучали в дверь никто не открывал, потом вышел человек, сказал что он тут только отдыхает, администрации пока нет, но скоро должны прийти. Прождали минут 15 пришла девушка, начала заселение. Быстро все оформила и проводила в номер. Номер маленький, внутри было грязно, видимо пол мыли, но в углах, под кроватью и сбоку и сзади кровати, под радиатором никто не мыл и даже не пылесосил пыль и мусор там лежат. В ванне плесень черная на раковине, в душе и углах. Полотенца и тапочки нет, хотя при бронировании было написано что есть, так же с феном. Смеситель на раковине сломан, вода течет на саму раковину по бокам и вытекает от куда-то снизу, дверца раковины тоже свисает, крючков для полотенец нет. Постельное белье тоже грязное застиранное, в каких-то пятнах, спала в одежде. Когда мы выезжали вечером, на ресепшене опять никого не было. Ждали минут 15, ходили по хостелу искали. Не нашли, оставили ключи на столе и ушли, потому что у нас самолет и надо было уже срочно ехать. Все плохо, не знаю откуда столько положительных отзывов. Так же все кто живут в хостеле вечно бродят по нему и орут, либо сидят на улице под окнами и их слышно так, будто они в ухо тебе разговаривают. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, дверь тонкая и все слышно кто мимо ходит. Рядом был туалет общий и там дверь закрывалась только если ее с силой захлопнуть, каждый раз от этого просыпалась.

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. I would recommend his services and the hotel to everyone. He was very nice and caring. Thank you once again Nurettin Mutlugün.

We stayed for 6 nights .the best thing in this hotel is the greatest staff and two friendly and very helpful receptions, hotel is near a crowded highway but near nice restaurants and shopping malls. The room sizes could be bigger for a 5 star hotel. I liked the breakfast but it could be better. Unfortunately because of covid pandemic we couldn't use the pool and spa and Turkish bathroom. If you want to stay in ankara I strongly suggest you yo stay in metropolitan with those fantastic atmosphere and staff.

The first impressions of the hotel were really great. The lobby is welcoming and the staff are friendly. The entrance is beautifully decorated with (fake) flowers. Breakfast was very good - with eggs made on demand. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and kind - a wonderful way to start the morning. The location of the hotel is good. It is only about a 10-minute walk to an area of the city with a lot of good restaurants and some pubs/bars. The room was rather small, making it difficult when two people have suitcases. The bathroom was good with a very good shower, but minimal toiletries, so bring your own! But there is one very significant drawback to the hotel. It is very noisy. The windows do not keep out the street noise and there is a LOT of street noise. We had two very poor nights' sleep in the hotel as a result. In addition, because the weather was warm for October - and the hotel had turned off the AC for the year - the rooms were very hot, making sleep very difficult. So, a lovely hotel for a different time of year. If you are staying here, be sure to ask for a quiet room. It will surely improve your experience.

I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

I was in Ankara for a week on business at the Days Hotel. This is my honest review. Just I add that for some reason this hotel is ‘by Wyndham’ but the one week point collection stay was not added to my Wyndham rewards membership for some reason unknown to me. Most of the men working at the front desk and breakfast area are smokers. They stand in front of the main entrance smoking and when they walk into the lobby it smells like cigarette smoke. I stayed in Room 306 for a week. The first 2 days, the same song was on repeat in the entire general area and restaurant of the hotel. Butterfly by Maria & Whitney. They might need a new ‘hotel dj”. They did change this after I mentioned it to the lady at reception. Gizem at reception is amazing. She was very helpful with arranging transport, check-in and tourist information. At breakfast there is a fresh open buffet with an Automatic Coffee machine, the machine makes nasty instant bitter coffee and since the day I arrived it was not serviced, I asked the man and lady at the breakfast area why there is no hot chocolate and they said the service man doesn’t show up. That coffee machine needs maintenance service but no one seems to care. The servers offer filter coffee but I prefer and expected a Wyndham group hotel to have espresso type coffees. The butter in the buffet corner sits outside in room temperature without any kind of cooling. As stated on the label, the maximum temperature it should be stored at is 4 Celsius. The breakfast room temperature is about 20 Celsius. The breakfast overall is traditional Mediterranean buffet. It is acceptable for this business hotel. Yeter, the cleaning lady was very intelligent and had common sense. She even organized my cosmetics. The bed, towels and sheets are lovely clean and in good condition. The TV does not have screen casting and barely any English channels so if you want to watch Netflix bring your own HDMI cable and laptop. If you get lucky the WiFi in the hotel room might work. The Wi-fi at this hotel is unstable. As you can see in the photos, you enter your ID # and room #. I had to do this 5-6 times while getting cut off every 2-3 hours each day. In the evenings the wifi is very weak, impossible to have international video calls. At night after 12 the internet connection is completely cut off. I had trouble conducting video calls with the USA and Portugal. Yalin at the night shift reception could not help as he said the internet service man is not available so he could not fix the wifi problem. The reception & lobby (work area) has a completely different wifi system. Obviously the internet gateway company is not good. The Days Hotel claims to be a business hotel but I was disappointed with this wifi internet hassle every day and every night. You can not depend on this hotel for Wifi and internet reliability. The best points were the excellent room with the comfortable bed and the prime location.

Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!
