There is only one thing Good about this hotel,which is the location.. The room was small and old, the tiolte amenities were broken..shower holder was not there..the flush tank doesn't work well. Always water running from the toilet flush tank into the toilet bowl.. the small wardrobe cupboard inside the room was broken, it shakes and falls when we tried to hang anything. There were no hair dryer in one of our rooms. The breakfast was very poor, no coffee during breakfast, very less items were there..very poor service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..

Odada yastık yoktu. Temiz değildi. Kumandadaki piller çok eskiydi ve hasarlıydı ve birisinde pil yoktu.

I booked and paid in advance for a room in this hotel through the aggregator service. I had a confirmation of my reservation. They didn’t check me into the hotel and they demanded that I pay an additional 250 liras!!! How is this possible? My room was already paid for in advance. If the cost is different, you should resolve this issue with the aggregator, not with me. I waited for a decision for 2 hours, but after 2 hours I was again asked to pay 250 liras. This is the worst hotel, the worst service. They don't need anything except money. There are better hotels nearby at the same price. But never again to this hotel in the future!!!

the very basics in accommodation; in need of some maintenance here and there; breakfast adequate; handy to a lot of transport and sites; the price is good; the photos are a bit deceiving; pillows are uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep

It’s hectic hotel. Dirty and bad smell. Room without window and minimal conditions. Where 3 stars? It is LIE! It is the worst hotel I visit ever. Never reserve room in this hotel. Look at lots of normal hotel around it. When I come I check out in 15 minutes.

worse of the worse kötünün kötüsü her şey kötü: buzdolabı bozuk, tv bozuk.. oda leş gibi sigara kokuyor, wc dışkı kokuyor. Personel o da kim?; "hallederiz abi"ci zihin... Sorunları ilettikten 1 saat sonra bile çözüm getirmediler. Lanet ettim. 500 tl bile etmez, Aynı fiyattaki ulus otelleri daha konforlu. Sabah kalkınca foto çekip, Turizm bakanlığına ve Cimer e şikayet edeceğim.

Bu tesiste iki gün standart oda da kaldım kalma nedenim tamamen fiat ve şehir merkezine yakın olması. Televizyon var deniyor. çalışmıyor. Havlu yok. Tuvaletlerin klozet kapakları kırık. duş başlığı bozuk su hortumun başka bir yerinden geliyor. Müşteri diyaloğu sıfır. kahvaltı açık büfe ama ben çok erken gitmemem rağmen çok beklemiş bazı ürünler özelliğini kaybetmiş. İstediğiniz kadar alabiliyorsunuz çünkü hiç kimse yok tabiki de bunun devamında hijyen yok. Birinci gün rezarvasyon yaptırdım 250 tl ikinci gün kendim bizzat otele gittim 270 neden dediğimde biz bu sabah zam yaptık ama internette aynı fiat ayağımızla kapınıza kadar geldik ondanmı dedim siz bilirsiniz dendi. resimlerde gösterilen odalarla alakası yok baza denen şeyler kaygan formika dan yapılmış yataklar üstünden kayıp düşüyor. çarşaflar temiz ancak çok yıpranmış
