Hotel berhampiran GOKHAN GÜNDOĞDU, Ankara

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. I would recommend his services and the hotel to everyone. He was very nice and caring. Thank you once again Nurettin Mutlugün.

I stayed for three nights, and could not have been happier with the comfort of the room, the COVID-cleanliness and precautions they took, and - most of all - the service from the staff. I needed help with an international call and in booking a ferry after I left the hotel: they helped with both. And they didn't need to ... my international call didn't go through from the room (probably my goof), and they placed the call for me. When I had tried to book a ferry to Istanbul on a website that kept finalizing the transaction in Turkish, they helped me sort out the inputs. AND when my US credit cards were not accepted, they even booked using a corporate card, and added the expense/no surcharge, to my room. Finally, when I left my camera in cab after leaving the hotel, they worked with my (future) tour leader in identifying the cab, holding the camera for me, and mailing it to me forward on the trip. They didn't have to do any of this: I'd already left the hotel ... but they were excellent in helping me out. The location is good, per the other reviews, but what really makes them stand apart is how they genuinely take care of the hotel guests both in general property conditions as well as making the stay a comfortable one.

酒店位置方便，我們2天出遊都是步行，可以深度體驗安卡拉。酒店大廳布局緊湊，房間還是蠻大的。設施如同中國好一點的品牌快捷酒店。樓頂露台餐廳風景不錯。

We had a great time ，The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul

По приезду в хостел мы увидели табличку, что заселение возможно с 8 утра. Мы приехали к хостелу в 7 утра, подождали час. В 8.10 стучали в дверь никто не открывал, потом вышел человек, сказал что он тут только отдыхает, администрации пока нет, но скоро должны прийти. Прождали минут 15 пришла девушка, начала заселение. Быстро все оформила и проводила в номер. Номер маленький, внутри было грязно, видимо пол мыли, но в углах, под кроватью и сбоку и сзади кровати, под радиатором никто не мыл и даже не пылесосил пыль и мусор там лежат. В ванне плесень черная на раковине, в душе и углах. Полотенца и тапочки нет, хотя при бронировании было написано что есть, так же с феном. Смеситель на раковине сломан, вода течет на саму раковину по бокам и вытекает от куда-то снизу, дверца раковины тоже свисает, крючков для полотенец нет. Постельное белье тоже грязное застиранное, в каких-то пятнах, спала в одежде. Когда мы выезжали вечером, на ресепшене опять никого не было. Ждали минут 15, ходили по хостелу искали. Не нашли, оставили ключи на столе и ушли, потому что у нас самолет и надо было уже срочно ехать. Все плохо, не знаю откуда столько положительных отзывов. Так же все кто живут в хостеле вечно бродят по нему и орут, либо сидят на улице под окнами и их слышно так, будто они в ухо тебе разговаривают. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, дверь тонкая и все слышно кто мимо ходит. Рядом был туалет общий и там дверь закрывалась только если ее с силой захлопнуть, каждый раз от этого просыпалась.

The first impressions of the hotel were really great. The lobby is welcoming and the staff are friendly. The entrance is beautifully decorated with (fake) flowers. Breakfast was very good - with eggs made on demand. The staff in the restaurant were helpful and kind - a wonderful way to start the morning. The location of the hotel is good. It is only about a 10-minute walk to an area of the city with a lot of good restaurants and some pubs/bars. The room was rather small, making it difficult when two people have suitcases. The bathroom was good with a very good shower, but minimal toiletries, so bring your own! But there is one very significant drawback to the hotel. It is very noisy. The windows do not keep out the street noise and there is a LOT of street noise. We had two very poor nights' sleep in the hotel as a result. In addition, because the weather was warm for October - and the hotel had turned off the AC for the year - the rooms were very hot, making sleep very difficult. So, a lovely hotel for a different time of year. If you are staying here, be sure to ask for a quiet room. It will surely improve your experience.

Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. Прекрасный отель, удобное расположение (поблизости много кафе, и магазинов), чистый, просторный номер. Бронировала проживание с завтраком, очень вкусная еда. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Советую!
