Pros: Lovely hotel Lobby decorated nicely, great interior design Friendly and welcoming staff Nice rooms with toiletries provided Good location, easy to get taxis (Uber or there is a taxi station about 5mins walk, also you can hail taxis) Good communication, staff tried to communicate in English where possible but Google translate also helped Lovely breakfast, good variety Great spa facilities- jacuzzi, steam and sauna free to use. I also had a Turkish scrub and Bali massage for 550TL, bargain!! Gym seemed decently equipped although I didn’t use it Indoor lounge facilities if you want to chill away from your room Free wifi, although the signal sometimes dropped but it was very decent Cons: Rooms were a bit worn out in places (my shower door was a bit broken as was the cupboard but these were not deal breakers) Jacuzzi wasn’t working for the 5 days we were there Pool temperature was quite cold but manageable once you get over the initial shock

This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

The staff are GREAT, everything else is terrible. This hotel is one of the worse hotels we have stayed in, in a very longtime. It is OLD and very TIERED. The rooms were clean but felt dirty because everything was so old, the bathroom was from the 1950's, just horrible. The A/C did not work in the whole building, only the heat, we had to sleep with open balcony doors. The elevators are also very old and tiered, this whole building needs a serious renovation, or better yet, complete demolition and rebuild. There was no interior parking either, so guest cars stay in the all star sky parking. A hotel NEVER to stay at ever again.

Ben otelde bir gün kaldım ilk odaya girdimizde sanki odada başka biri var gibi yani ses yalıtımı sıfır diğer odadaki sesler resmen bizim odada gibiydi odaların temizliği normal kahvaltı için çıktığımızda çay demlemedeydi 10 dakika beklemeniz lazım dediler bir semaver daha konulabilirdi akşam yemek isteyelim dedik sadece tos yapabiliriz müsaitlik durumuna göre denildi ve odaların tavan yüksekliği iyi fakat odalar küçük , odayı gösterecek tanıtacak kimse yokturdu , vale yokturdu kısacası bu kadar

Ankara'ya gelirken cok tedirginim ama otele girince tüm tedirginliğim gitti. Güler yüzle karsılandık.Odamıza kadar eşlik edildi.Ayrıntılı bilgi verildi.Kahvaltısı 5.katta terasta ve cok güzeldi.Ama bir tavsiyem var.5.katta akşam yemeği yenseydi dışarda yemek yemezdim.Hafif bir canlı müzik eşliğinde harika olurdu.Buradan Hülya hanıma teşekkür ediyorum.Çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü olduğu için. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights. The pros of hotel was our room. The room 104 in the 1th floor was very spacious and clean with comfortable double bed and two big windows. Housekeeping was very good and they clean our room every day. Bathroom also was spacious and have high pressure hot water. There are safe box and a large closet. The cons of hotel was the breakfast. Just a packed dish for breakfast with limited items and no change in 7 days. The start time for breakfast was 7:30 but it was rarely ready at that time. To sum up, it was pleasant stay.

Otel ***et şık ve temizdi. 2 çocuğumla konakladığımız oda kocamandı ve çocuklarla çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı hizmeti almak istemedik ancak oda-kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet verildiğini belirttiler. Kahvaltı oldukça başarılıydı. Sessiz bir aile oteli.
