The hotel is located not far from the airport and is even within walking distance. A taxi ride costs no more than $5–$10. However, if you take the direct route on foot via the main road, you have to pass through a small slum area; while this might seem a bit off-putting at first, it does not feel unsafe or intrusive. The hotel is very well located, nice and new, beautiful pool, quiet, good service but a bit lacking. The only major downside is the breakfast – very poor breakfast, and generally poor food at the hotel. They need to improve significantly in this area.

I visited Timor-Leste for the first time on a solo trip and stayed at this new hotel for one night. Until the day before, I had been staying at another hotel where I had several unpleasant experiences. But everything changed once I moved here — the facilities are new and modern, and above all, every staff member I met was genuinely kind and welcoming. Thanks to them, my trip ended on a very positive note. The airport pickup was arranged quickly at a reasonable price, which was extremely helpful. If I visit Timor-Leste again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, and the environment was very nice, but the hotel didn't have 24-hour online service, which I hope can be improved.

We flew to East Timor to 'tick off' another new country, and chose this hotel for a one-night stay, within walking distance of the city center! The hotel exceeded all expectations – the people at the front desk were incredible, smiling, kind, and ready to assist with any request. The hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, clean, and cozy. The location is excellent, right by the sea, where you can catch an amazing sunset and a magical sunrise! The breakfast was small but very tasty! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There's a pool in the courtyard, but we didn't have time to use it. I definitely recommend it! Special thanks for the airport transfer both ways! The charming gentleman who picked us up and dropped us off was incredibly efficient! We left with the warmest and brightest memories of this trip!

We had a great stay at the Luxury Duplex in Dili. The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities are excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Everything was well maintained and made our stay easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place.

First of all, there is nothing fun in East Timor. It is relatively scarce in terms of tourism resources, transportation is not convenient, and prices are relatively high. Then as for the hotel, it is just so-so, a bit like the guesthouses in China. The facilities are relatively old and the business is relatively small. There are no slippers in the room, and you don’t have to bring your own toothbrush or other toiletries. It may be because it is closer to the airport and the transportation is more convenient. The infrastructure of the whole East Timor is really poor.

The apartment hotel is already the best hotel in East Timor. It can be regarded as a 3-point 5-star hotel in the country. It has complete facilities and good hygiene. The environment is already the best in Dili. After all, it is in the largest shopping mall. Why is the service 4 stars. In fact, the service can be fully five stars, but the episode during payment made me have some opinions, see the picture! Most hotels on Ctrip are cheaper than other platforms. This one is dozens of yuan more expensive than ***********, but the Ctrip service I considered is great and the customer service response is timely. So I booked from Ctrip. Even if it costs dozens of yuan more, when paying, the front desk has to ask I paid 241.58 US dollars, I showed the order, and the front desk went to the manager to change the amount by hand, and after paying 200 cash, there was no change! It doesn’t matter, it doesn’t cost much, but the experience will be a bit different!

The location is very good, the airport 25 cents can take the 10 or 12 bus to arrive, of course, the taxi is definitely more comfortable than the bus, there is Chinese food, suitable for people who are not used to Indonesian food.
