Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

酒店的地理位置很好，在安卡拉的市中心，出門就是鬧市區美食街，不遠處有公交車站，可以坐車去巴士總站，也有去機場的442在這個站也有，最近的地鐵站就是安卡拉市中心地鐵交匯的站，去哪裡都很方便。房間有一點小，但是非常乾淨整潔，雖然酒店不大但是也配備了一個小電梯，真的方便很多。而且服務人員每天都很熱情友好。早餐比較簡單，但是這個價格和地理位置，性價比超級高。

Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

По приезду в хостел мы увидели табличку, что заселение возможно с 8 утра. Мы приехали к хостелу в 7 утра, подождали час. В 8.10 стучали в дверь никто не открывал, потом вышел человек, сказал что он тут только отдыхает, администрации пока нет, но скоро должны прийти. Прождали минут 15 пришла девушка, начала заселение. Быстро все оформила и проводила в номер. Номер маленький, внутри было грязно, видимо пол мыли, но в углах, под кроватью и сбоку и сзади кровати, под радиатором никто не мыл и даже не пылесосил пыль и мусор там лежат. В ванне плесень черная на раковине, в душе и углах. Полотенца и тапочки нет, хотя при бронировании было написано что есть, так же с феном. Смеситель на раковине сломан, вода течет на саму раковину по бокам и вытекает от куда-то снизу, дверца раковины тоже свисает, крючков для полотенец нет. Постельное белье тоже грязное застиранное, в каких-то пятнах, спала в одежде. Когда мы выезжали вечером, на ресепшене опять никого не было. Ждали минут 15, ходили по хостелу искали. Не нашли, оставили ключи на столе и ушли, потому что у нас самолет и надо было уже срочно ехать. Все плохо, не знаю откуда столько положительных отзывов. Так же все кто живут в хостеле вечно бродят по нему и орут, либо сидят на улице под окнами и их слышно так, будто они в ухо тебе разговаривают. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, дверь тонкая и все слышно кто мимо ходит. Рядом был туалет общий и там дверь закрывалась только если ее с силой захлопнуть, каждый раз от этого просыпалась.

Otele girdiğimizden itibaren güler yüzlü ve sıcakkanlı değerli arkadaşlar bize odamıza kadar eşlik ettiler odaya girdiğimizde birçok 5 yıldızlı otelden daha konforlu ve temizdi ayrica oda içindeki jakuzi zamanininizi daha iyi geçirmeniz için gerçekten mükemmel bir aktiviteydi genel olarak beğendik Ankara'ya tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayi tercih edeceğim ve çevreme önereceğim . We had a great time ，The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. Otaqlarda çarşaflar temiz hamamda vannası olan otaq verdiler xoş sürpriz oldu 😊 otaqa her gün su qoyulur, minibar var televizor ders çalışacağım üçün otaqda çalışma masasının olması da lap sevindirdi. Diğer qaldığım otellerden fərqli ve en yaxşı cəhətlərdən biri minibar və room service qiymətlərinin yazılı olmasıdır. Resepsndan təəssüf adlarını bilmədiyim meni ilk gün check in eden bey ve xanım, bellboy vardı. Çox mehribandırlar😊 Hamamda fen var. Dəsmallar hamısı qoyulmuşdu. Bütün gerekli xırda əşyalar da. Housekeeping çox mehriban ve diqqətlidir. Bu otelde qaldığım 7 gün ərzində sadece xoş anlar yaşayıram 🥰 Növbəti seçimim yenə bura olacaq deyə Eminem 😊 Seher yemeyi açıq bufetdi. I stayed for three nights, and could not have been happier with the comfort of the room, the COVID-cleanliness and precautions they took, and - most of all - the service from the staff. I needed help with an international call and in booking a ferry after I left the hotel: they helped with both. And they didn't need to ... my international call didn't go through from the room (probably my goof), and they placed the call for me. When I had tried to book a ferry to Istanbul on a website that kept finalizing the transaction in Turkish, they helped me sort out the inputs. AND when my US credit cards were not accepted, they even booked using a corporate card, and added the expense/no surcharge, to my room. Finally, when I left my camera in cab after leaving the hotel, they worked with my (future) tour leader in identifying the cab, holding the camera for me, and mailing it to me forward on the trip. They didn't have to do any of this: I'd already left the hotel ... but they were excellent in helping me out. The location is good, per the other reviews, but what really makes them stand apart is how they genuinely take care of the hotel guests both in general property conditions as well as making the stay a comfortable one.
