Hotel Ankara dengan Spa

Pros: Lovely hotel Lobby decorated nicely, great interior design Friendly and welcoming staff Nice rooms with toiletries provided Good location, easy to get taxis (Uber or there is a taxi station about 5mins walk, also you can hail taxis) Good communication, staff tried to communicate in English where possible but Google translate also helped Lovely breakfast, good variety Great spa facilities- jacuzzi, steam and sauna free to use. I also had a Turkish scrub and Bali massage for 550TL, bargain!! Gym seemed decently equipped although I didn’t use it Indoor lounge facilities if you want to chill away from your room Free wifi, although the signal sometimes dropped but it was very decent Cons: Rooms were a bit worn out in places (my shower door was a bit broken as was the cupboard but these were not deal breakers) Jacuzzi wasn’t working for the 5 days we were there Pool temperature was quite cold but manageable once you get over the initial shock

Hotel ini terletak bersebelahan dengan stesen Maltepe, yang juga merupakan Stesen Kereta Api Kelajuan Tinggi Ankara yang terdekat, yang hanya sejauh 10 minit berjalan kaki. Kali ini kami cuba menaiki kereta api berkelajuan tinggi ke Istanbul, dan kami akan berhenti di Eskişehir di tengah-tengah stesen, yang sangat disyorkan oleh rakan-rakan di Internet, jadi kami menempah dua hari sebelum kembali ke Istanbul.

We stayed at the hotel and were very happy with the service. The employees were very happy helpful especially the sales manager Nurettin Mutlugün. He was very kind, helpful and caring. This hotel is ideal for anyone coming to Ankara looking to stay in a comfortable and modern hotel that is located in a good part of the city and close to many attractions, recreational avenues and restaurants as well as walking distance from a vibrant part of Ankara known as Kızılay. The entire staff is very friendly and ready to assist throughout the day. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed and the rooms are quite spacious and tastefully decorated. My biggest concern whenever I travel is the cleanliness of the room and the rooms in this hotel are definitely very clean and the standard seems to be consistently maintained. They also have Starbucks available in the hotel which is another plus point for days when you just want to grab some coffee and don’t want to go too far. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with a mix of Turkish delicacies and other continental items. The service is fast and everyone is very attentive as well. They have a great seating section spread over 2 floors and even a small space outside for the cooler months which is great. The hotel is located in the Embassy district so if you’re coming to Ankara for any official work or to apply for visas, it’s advisable to stay near the embassy in case you need to go back and forth for documents or any printing/photocopying services which the hotel is also able to assist with. I think all the major embassies situated in Ankara are within 7-15 minutes away from the hotel. Holiday Inn hotels are always good value for money and this one certainly is worth your time and money if you want affordable luxury accommodation in the capital city! Would definitely recommend it to all types of travelers going to Ankara in the near future

Apabila saya memasuki hotel dan menetap, dia tidak mempunyai kawan yang perlu menemani bilik saya. Saya fikir mereka melakukan sesuatu yang serupa kerana wabak itu. Setiap kali saya menelefon ke majlis resepsi, kawan yang bernama Mahmut menjawab dan menampar muka saya (tolong ajar kawan itu cara mematikan telefon). Bila nak mandi malam, air berkarat dan air yang mengalir lama adalah straw terakhir yang memecahkan kaca. Saya membuat panggilan dan dengan tenang meminta mereka semua datang ke meja penyambut tetamu. Kenapa jadi begini? Mereka memberitahu saya bahawa kumpulan politik datang kepada saya, jadi rakan-rakan saya yang bekerja tidak dapat mengejarnya. Mereka tidak dapat memberikan penjelasan yang jelas tentang aliran air yang berkarat. Bekerja di hotel lima bintang di pusat bandar bukanlah pekerjaan. Adakah perlu mengambil serius pasukan itu? Atau patutkah saya katakan bahawa saya seorang budak birokrasi? Masa saya datang dulu, saya yang buat kerja dia. Ini memalukan. Anda kehilangan pelawat tetap setiap 2 minggu. Salam sejahtera.

Ben otelde bir gün kaldım ilk odaya girdimizde sanki odada başka biri var gibi yani ses yalıtımı sıfır diğer odadaki sesler resmen bizim odada gibiydi odaların temizliği normal kahvaltı için çıktığımızda çay demlemedeydi 10 dakika beklemeniz lazım dediler bir semaver daha konulabilirdi akşam yemek isteyelim dedik sadece tos yapabiliriz müsaitlik durumuna göre denildi ve odaların tavan yüksekliği iyi fakat odalar küçük , odayı gösterecek tanıtacak kimse yokturdu , vale yokturdu kısacası bu kadar

Ankara'ya gelirken cok tedirginim ama otele girince tüm tedirginliğim gitti. Güler yüzle karsılandık.Odamıza kadar eşlik edildi.Ayrıntılı bilgi verildi.Kahvaltısı 5.katta terasta ve cok güzeldi.Ama bir tavsiyem var.5.katta akşam yemeği yenseydi dışarda yemek yemezdim.Hafif bir canlı müzik eşliğinde harika olurdu.Buradan Hülya hanıma teşekkür ediyorum.Çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü olduğu için. Otel ***et şık ve temizdi. 2 çocuğumla konakladığımız oda kocamandı ve çocuklarla çok rahat ettik. Kahvaltı hizmeti almak istemedik ancak oda-kahvaltı şeklinde hizmet verildiğini belirttiler. Kahvaltı oldukça başarılıydı. Sessiz bir aile oteli.

All in all a standard 3* hotel with more cons than pros. Pros: Soundproof rooms Good location to grab some food in the evening Clean towels The staff is friendly as long as there are no questions or tensions Cons: Sometimes noisy outside, which, combined with the next point is annoying Bad conditioning, hence need to open windows Hot water not always available (only warm sometimes - fine to take a shower, but nothing more) Had a hole in the linen (although clean - no stains or anything) Average breakfast Bad internet and no-one could help me with it Very small rooms - no even table to work at Finally, it is ok for a couple of nights stay but if you want something cozy and comfortable - better look elsewhere.
