Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Ann Arbor

設施齊全，衛生條件良好，地理位置很不錯，前台服務很好，代客泊車30一晚。唯一缺點為什麼酒店沒有拖鞋呀，我不太理解。 Good equipments, clean, perfect location, near to the university of Michigan state. But the only disjunction is that there is no slipper provided in the room.

I stayed for two nights (28-29 Dec 2022) in the B building-first floor. There was no disturbance from the outside and it was quiet. The room was good with hot water available in the washbasin tap as well as the bathtub tap and shower. The check-in was smooth and one time I got locked out of the room without the access card. But, one of the security guys helped me out quickly. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. The room didn't have any foul smell. The giant AC/heater near the bed did it's job well. The location is super convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely stay if opportunity comes.

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. They had cookies at check-in that were more like a brookie. Yum! I liked the added touch of a personalized candy bar. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a beverage in the lounge after dinner. Katherine listened intently and made great suggestions. She covered the entire bar area and managed to do so gracefully and with a can-do attitude. I had a conference in one of the meeting spaces. I met Mary, attending to the bathroom, in the ladies' room. She was a gem! I enjoyed my stay and was surprised by all Ann Arbor had to offer. I plan to be back!

住吐了都要，但是確實非常好

距離briarwood mall很近，附近有公交車，住宿環境比較衞生乾淨，就是早餐很一般

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di sini. Kakitangannya sangat mengagumkan dan walaupun semasa pandemik, perkahwinan itu indah. Leah sangat mengagumkan dan membantu. Sangat menikmati Meg di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan Pengurus Besar bersedia membantu kami dengan apa sahaja. Berkat untuk mencari hotel hebat ini untuk majlis perkahwinan dan makan malam latihan. I think the concept of this hotel is great. I love the idea of a calm place where you have the space to stretch on an exercise mat in your room. I loved the hot tub, it was wonderful. The size of the room was nice and the location was very convenient. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. A few suggestions to make it nicer, and why I didn't rate it higher are the following: the windows were very thin and the room was near a busy freeway, so we could hear cars zooming by, and it wasn't relaxing to lie in bed. It would have been nicer to soundproof the windows more. The refrigerator did not make anything cold, just cooler than room temperature. The restaurant was out of the one vegan meal, and there was only one person working the register, and cooking. I went once, and decided to leave before placing my order because they could not accommodate my dietary needs. I ended up going to a lovely nearby restaurant for the duration of my stay. I did like the fact that the meal was not included in the price, so I didn't lose any money when I chose not to eat on the property. The lobby also had a TV blaring abrasive cartoons some of the time, which also did not fit the theme of a relaxing environment. It would be nice to have calming videos of nature or something, to set the ambience when guests pass through to go to their room. Oh, one last thing that bugged me. There was no water in the room, only tiny plastic cups. The lobby had nicely infused water, with the same tiny plastic cups with no lids to put the water in, which made it difficult to drink more than a couple of sips. It was not portable, so I had to go buy bottled water in the store. Most hotel rooms have some bottled water in the room. I don't think I would choose to stay again, but I do love the concept, I just wish it was executed better.

The ameninties were great! We had a variety of regular rooms, 1 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom suites that passed our expectations! There was NOTHING that we were lacking for our stay! We were able to use the kitchen & all the supplies in it, along with the pool, hot tub & work-out room multiple times during our stay! The ability to sit around a fire at night, use a BBQ grill that we could grill for our whole group was WAY more than we expected! They also had ample group seating that we could utilize and a large table the we used each night to play games. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, polite and asking if there was anything that we needed! They wished us well and welcomed us back each time we left. I worked with the GM, Rich, to arrange rooms for this large group that was gathered for my husbands memorial service! Rich was attentive to EVERY detail and checked with me (and our group) to make sure that everything was going ok and if we needed anything. He made sure that we knew about restaurants and grocery stores were close by (our group came from all over including, AZ & FL) so we knew where to go. I felt that the attention to detail was amazing and service was MORE than I expected or have received from other establishments in the past! You won't regret staying here!!

Awesome guest services! Was greeted by Jose and chocolate chip cookies. We had special needs for our room, which he was very gracious to provide. We hadn’t had dinner yet, so he provided us take out menus - the food was awesome. Our hotel room was stocked with coffee and bathroom supplies - shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and to my surprise mouthwash AND make up removal towelettes. It’s the little things that make for a nice stay! While I was getting cookies I overheard him talking with other guests giving them good advice about touring the town! I highly recommend this hotel.
