Pagi hotel adalah baik dan ia layan diri. Meja penyambut tetamu di sini juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Sangat mudah untuk menaiki teksi ke sekolah.

Wonderful stay ! Truly amazing ! The room was well tended too and I felt as though all my concerns were addressed. Staff was kind and the area felt safe!

We only stayed here because we had expiring points with Choice, so it was free. This placed was the definition of average. Just because a hotel is at the lower end of the spectrum, it doesn't mean that it has to be drab and uninspired. Our room felt tired and out of date. The handle for the sink faucet was broken and not working properly. There were several pillows, but they were all kind of the same and none were comfortable. However, the biggest problem was the noises. The mini fridge had a constant hum all night. Occasionally it would get covered up when the heat roared to life with its deafening sound...it also blew the window curtains all over the place. The sound was so loud it would interrupt our sleep throughout the night.

I think the concept of this hotel is great. I love the idea of a calm place where you have the space to stretch on an exercise mat in your room. I loved the hot tub, it was wonderful. The size of the room was nice and the location was very convenient. The staff was lovely, very friendly and helpful. A few suggestions to make it nicer, and why I didn't rate it higher are the following: the windows were very thin and the room was near a busy freeway, so we could hear cars zooming by, and it wasn't relaxing to lie in bed. It would have been nicer to soundproof the windows more. The refrigerator did not make anything cold, just cooler than room temperature. The restaurant was out of the one vegan meal, and there was only one person working the register, and cooking. I went once, and decided to leave before placing my order because they could not accommodate my dietary needs. I ended up going to a lovely nearby restaurant for the duration of my stay. I did like the fact that the meal was not included in the price, so I didn't lose any money when I chose not to eat on the property. The lobby also had a TV blaring abrasive cartoons some of the time, which also did not fit the theme of a relaxing environment. It would be nice to have calming videos of nature or something, to set the ambience when guests pass through to go to their room. Oh, one last thing that bugged me. There was no water in the room, only tiny plastic cups. The lobby had nicely infused water, with the same tiny plastic cups with no lids to put the water in, which made it difficult to drink more than a couple of sips. It was not portable, so I had to go buy bottled water in the store. Most hotel rooms have some bottled water in the room. I don't think I would choose to stay again, but I do love the concept, I just wish it was executed better.

Don’t let the pictures online fool you! My stay here did not live up to expectations or my past stays at other Staybridge hotels (or other IHG hotels in other cities around the world, for that matter). However, my stay was not all negative, so let me focus on the positives first. Let me note that while I stayed here for one night while in the process of moving to a new city, I did not have the breakfast here, nor did I use the hotel’s amenities, so this review will skip those parts of the stay. The hotel’s location is very convenient, located just off I-94 which provides easy access to DTW as needed. It is also located to a lot of nearby restaurants and stores, although a bit of a drive from the University of Michigan if you are here for the university. The lobby provides a cheery, refreshing welcome upon entering, and the front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms are also pretty spacious, no surprise given this is a hotel composed of suites. The bed is also very comfortable and I received a good night sleep. But that’s pretty much where it all ends positivity wise… Despite the room being spacious, it seems as if housekeeping does not do their job as the room was very dirty upon entering. There were also stains on the walls and there were even blood stains in certain areas of the washroom. Absolutely disgusting, and especially unacceptable especially during pandemic times! The shower was also below average and water pressure was quite weak. If I had to describe what the shower experience was like at this hotel, it was almost as if the water was trickling. Seriously. It seems as if there are a numerous amount of hotels in close proximity to this one. I would most certainly look at those other options, because other people are pointing out the same flaws as me online. 2 stars seems just right for me given that there were some positives about my stay here.

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di sini. Kakitangannya sangat mengagumkan dan walaupun semasa pandemik, perkahwinan itu indah. Leah sangat mengagumkan dan membantu. Sangat menikmati Meg di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan Pengurus Besar bersedia membantu kami dengan apa sahaja. Berkat untuk mencari hotel hebat ini untuk majlis perkahwinan dan makan malam latihan. 地理位置優越在安娜堡大學體育館正對面，安全，可以圍繞體育館跑步一圈大約一公里。房間屬於現代簡約風格裝修，開敞式廚房與卧室相連。佈局大面積。衞生間去掉了不實用的浴缸，空間較大氣，但沒隔斷的洗澡間我不是很喜歡。有個最大問題是樓板比較薄，走重點就感覺樓板在動。其他的都比較好的。
