Hotel Annaba dengan Sarapan

Very deeply disappointed by this Hotel. The only thing that ties it to the Sheraton chain is the name! Absolute worst case of mismanagement that I have seen in Algeria. I do not know the standards by which they hired the staff, but they are in no way familiar with the basics of hospitality and accommodating the guests. The receptionist Amira is rude, impolite, unprofessional, and inefficient, she did not allow me to check in early, although I had requested it and sent them my arrival time days in advance. She refused to help although she could. Her colleague Sabri on the other hand was very polite and he helped me check in early without any fuss. The staff rang to my room at 2 AM because they forgot to check my card details. Instead of emailing me or leaving me a notice, or calling for details, they chose to deactivate my key, so I went all the way up to my room only to come back again. The buffet was below average, I’ve stayed at 3-star hotels that offered a wider variety. The rooms are not sound proof. On my first night there was an event at the hotel, and I heard loud music very late at night and could not sleep. My advice to any shareholders, change the manager, change the staff, or educate them! My advice to potential guests, you’ll find other better hotels, this is a big fiasco.

Tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 76 bilik tamu yang menampilkan bar mini dan Televisyen Plasma. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi persendirian dengan tab mandi atau pancuran menampilkan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja dan air botol percuma, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari.

Super séjour Hôtel très beau, très propre. Le personnel est très serviable Je recommande a 100% Je conseille d avoir un véhicule car c est en dehors de la ville. Vue magnifique sur la mer et la côte. Après y a beaucoup de soirées et de mariages qui terminent tard. ( moi j ai aimé car pas mal d ambiance)

Excellent service, emplacement idéal à proximité de tout. La chambre double que nous avons pris est immense, salle de bain avec baignoire, balcon spacieux et bien ensoleillé. Le personnel est au petit soin, l’hôtel est fréquenté par des familles essentiellement. Petit déjeuner correct. Je recommande !

De passage à Annaba Une nuitée dans cet hôtel que j'ai regretté Pour la propreté c'est convenable malgré que cet hôtel est un peu vieillot Une fête au bord de la piscine avec un orchestre ou DJ qui a continué jusqu'au petit matin Impossible de fermer l'oeil Est-ce que c'est normal qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles permette un tel dépassement Et vous voulez encourager le tourisme intérieur C'est raté pour Rym el djamil.

We spent two nights in a lovely, spacious room with a very comfortable, firm bed, a sofa, two large chairs and a nice bathroom. We had two windowed doors overlooking the main boulevard with its lively plaza. The windows limit the noise, but everything quiets down anyway by 9pm. The hotel is conveniently located for walking and exploring the old town and for driving to the ruins and basilica. The staff is very nice. The adequate breakfast is continental, with just hard-boiled eggs and cheese, breads and pastries. The main issue is that the wi-fi does not work, but we were able to use our phones as hot-spots.
