Hotel Dengan Spa di Bagmati, Nepal

We stayed here many times. The hotel is showing its age, but the staff more than makes up for it with CLEANLINESS AND KINDNESS. This is my home in Nepal and we stay here at least 4-5 times a year. Easy access to Themel and walking to airport 300 meters.

Really great Hotel. Have nothing to complain. And quite good price as well. I recently stayed here in Kathmandu and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions and amenities. The breakfast was wholesome and satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hot shower was a welcome luxury, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kathmandu!

Nice place at the heart of Thamel, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere

Everything was very good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant was very good. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The only downside — and I’m sorry to say this — is the nightclub next door, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Every night, the music went on from the evening until five in the morning. The hotel management should consider taking action regarding the nightclub, as it significantly affects guests’ ability to rest.

We decided to give this place a second chance after a previous negative experience, and we’re glad we did. This time everything was positive. The room was clean, and the staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for the great experience!

我是獨自出行的，本來預訂了八天，但提前離店了。酒店頂樓應該有一家酒吧，如果住高層晚上睡覺會比較吵，噪音很大；如果住低層，一定看清楚預訂時的各個細節，“有小窗”的意思是窗户密閉，無法打開。 在住了三天以後我決定離開。酒店設施和環境都沒問題，但如果像我一樣，對環境的安靜程度有要求，希望得到良好的安靜的休息環境的話，不太建議這家。

Got discount price from trip.com ,Excellent service and breakfast was included in it which we love it and would like to book again in future, didn’t got time to explore more . I would suggest management could do better for bike parking as we travel by bike and we could not find the shade and things got wet in my bike due to rain .

Nice Old Hotel, Great Staff with few needs to improve. Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all. The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great. 2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges. Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience. Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days. Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern. Front desk Trainee, has good presence, I thought first he is manager. A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.
