We stayed in Laila for 6 nights, the hotel has a nice vibe the room we stayed it was spacious but facing the petrol station witch some nights we couldn’t sleep because of the loud music some people where playing. The breakfast is very poor, always the same thing and very limited stuff with no substitutes to dairy or gluten. The staff were no helpful at all we would walk and no one would great us or take our room number, I even ask if they had gluten free bread until today I am still waiting! Not once anyone smiled at us! We had dinner there once and was again very limited choices and very expensive for a buffet that had no quality. I even saw the chef tasting some of the food in the buffet and then he went to the kitchen to get some water or something to add to the that dish, it made me think what are they serving to their customers. Again, the staff were not friendly and we would ask them things and they had no clue what they were. We booked for the New Years dinner a major ripoff, we asked what drinks where included the waiter said 2 glasses of champagne and water, in the end we had to pay for the water and only had 1 glass of champagne no one served us more! We asked some of the waiter what the hummus was and she had no clue she said it’s for the bread 🤨. Every time we returned the beach towels no one said hi or bye, they kept ignoring us all the time and not even doing eye contact! I would say hi and not even a hi back!! Just looking at the computer all the time like no one was there. The front desk people are also very useless, it’s like no one in this hotel knows what they are doing or what they roles are! Samira (I think this is her name, big lips and glasses), was very rude to us, she was the most arrogate person in this hotel with lots of atitude and body language, she didn’t wanted to help us at all getting the snorkels it was like she was doing us a favour, and in the end she asked if we returned the snorkels very aggressively, again no contact between the teams she should have know that the snorkels were returned. Then the housekeeping lost my T-shirt, they gave me the wrong one and I went to ask if they had my one. One of the ladies in the front house spoke to us nicely and she said if they didn’t find it they would give us the money for the T-shirt, lucky they found it and they gave us a plate of fruits instead of removing the laundry fee! Then again while we were waiting for the housekeeping to come and speak to us I asked a male front of house staff if they were coming he said if I wanted to do check in? I told him I just spoke to you about my T-shirt and you asking me if I want to do check in? I wonder who recruits these people! Room service is also very poor, you don’t have much to choose from, only 4 main dishes! And you have to pay when they deliver you can’t even add it to your room which is a bit odd. The beach in front of the hotel doesn’t have enough chair for everyone and the restaurant there is very exp
