Ulasan Nashira City Resort Hotel

The hotel is pretty cool the breakfast is good you have a lot of choices. The cleaning lady is adorable and the job is done. The staff at the reception im not a fan of but they do their jobs. The room is not that small I think it’s enough for 2 people.  you have free Wi-Fi also.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were so gentle. Its location is also lovely. I believe it has a perfect value for its price. The only con is that it could be quieter. Their sound isolation was not good enough. You hear all the sounds from the road.

The employees spoke very little (to some) no english at all. The cleaning service was quite messy, some days we didn't get our room cleaned (when we put the card outside the door) and some we did.

單價一晚650多 説14點才能入住 結果等到14.30還不能入住 沒有任何解釋問了還不理人 什麼服務也不知道 對中國人愛理不理 然後進入房間沒有牙刷 拖鞋衹給一次 而且還很差的那種一次性拖鞋 房間地板木地板到此咯吱響 保險櫃不能用後來安保打開裏面還有別人遺留的酒 重點是不收走而且不給我用 我去 接着我要被子給我了這種 看圖 問了好幾遍用了各種詞彙就是這種 搞得我感冒發燒好幾天 洗手間好破舊 一洗就水漫金山 除了外面的泳池和早餐還好 不然真的無語了

分了一個家庭房，很大，帶陽台，廁所有點小。老式電梯。周邊很安靜，離機場開車15分鐘，位置不錯，停產也方便。

Really worst experience When we reached nasira ..for check in there was no body at desk. After 10 mins manager came ..I have seen him seating in cabin but I think he wants to wait us. When asked for bell boy..he says no bell boy. We have managed our luggage in a very very small lift which can accommodate hardly 4 persons. So it was very very difficult to transfer our luggage at 5th floor. When I asked for room service, manager cum desk person informed us that there is no room service. Bathroom in our room no 509 was very very small. A person like me can hardly enter the bathroom, taking bath was a different struggle. When asked for house keeping around 8 i.e towel desk person told me that no house keeping up to 9. I have to skip bath for a day as we wanted to go out at 8.30 Next day evening, we have hight of worst experience. When we came back from visiting beaches...I have asked for towel than manager cum desk person asked why you want towel? Than he told me that you will get it in some time..after waiting for 30 mins I called him , he said person is out when he came back I will give you towel. After 3 or 4 follow up after 2 hours he told me that near lift there is a house keeping, you can take it from there. ????? Looking to other reviews, I feel that I should have looked reviews before booking. Highest minus minus ⭐for Nasira Suggestions ....train staff how to deal with guest courteously or replace them Add bel boy service, room service Avoid Avoid Avoid....

The Restaurant manager Jakub is very helpful guy. He went all out to ensure we are comfortable and welcomed. Well done to the receptionist, Gulusum - she made extra effort to ensure we are well informed with all our planned trips. Good location. Easy access

Val Bosevska 1/5 just now on Google The MOST disgusting hotel ever. The most fraudulent RUDE manager ever. They have false advertising The place is NOT like these pictures. DON'T waste your money you will lose it. We had this booked for 4 nights. On arrival they first took our money, mind you he gave us receipt for one sum and withdrew more with a straight face. They handed us key to our room and left us.. we didn't know where to go.. I asked where do we go.. he said level 5.. I said we're very hungry can you tell us where to go to restaurant please.. he said outside left side walk 10 minutes in petrol station they have sandwiches ... (nothing around) We walked to lift there were 2 but one not working.. after long few minutes it opens.. not enough room to fit 2 suitcases 2 carry ons and 2 people.. we struggled and squeezed in. It stopped 3 times along way to level 5 opend door at level 4 we got out thinking was 5.. then waited minimum 10mins in hot unconditioned hallway.. we get to our room, was dirty, too scared to even sit on bed looking out from filthy windows was a deserted tennis court. I cried... as Antalya was set to be our relaxing location.. We somehow got to lobby.. I said I'm sorry I don't like the room I can't stay there.. after a while they gave us a new room.. went up eventually.. same type room but looking out on street and their unshaded pool which looked filthy already. This room had a balcony if that.. was small no chairs on in full of dust.. the wall mounted OLD air-conditioning didn't work.. was 40° I bawled my eyes out.. We went downstairs I asked to check out I said I can't stay here please give me a refund. The manager said no I gave u a better room.. he was rude to me. I spoke to a couple of people around they were so sad that they were there saying they couldn't afford to go elsewhere and lose their money. We took a taxi to restaurants and we googled other hotels, took taxi to another hotel booked it. Went back to get our luggage, the whole staff were extra rude to us, manager told them something in another language and walked away saying you won't see your money again to us. I asked him for his managers number he refused and walked off. I asked the staff member for the hotel number he said he doesn't know it that I can google it. I asked to check out and handed the keys he said it's too late now it's 9pm.. I said no it's 5pm.. he said no it's 9pm.. it was actually 5pm.. he said no one here till Monday to talk to you it's Saturday now.. Monday I called them. They refused talking to me. Asked me to call their sales department. I called them.. the lady wasn't interested in talking .. said she'll call me back. Never did.. No star review is Too high for this place yes never refunded my money. Scammers !!! Who ever is giving this place good reviews is being paid to do so. Or is related !!

Dire. No other guests, no staff. Felt dystopian. Food was inedible. Chef did not want to be there. Asked for food in the day and they wouldn't even give us a menu. Bar wasn't manned and was ludicrously expensive when you did find someone. It is clean but that's all I can say that's nice.

Possible the worst hotel ever the staff are so ignorant the food is freezing cold and not much choice other than omelette or eggs and cold chips when ur paying over 600 pounds to stay hear there was no guest in the hotel says it all really don’t it for the start of summer no entertainment no bar open nothing it’s shocking the pictures look pritty but please people stay CLEAR OF THIS BAD HOTEL or you will be very disappointed Shame on you nashire
