Very good hotel every thing is perfect and especially if you feel hungry any time you can call to kitchen they can provided you a best meals its service 24hours and they ready fresh meal.

The hotel was nice, bed was ok, pillow is soso, room is clean & comfy, shower hand was a bit broken but its ok, breakfast was good, location was good very near to the park & the old towns is walking distsnce, the gym was also good, the pools also nice, the view is great. Overall was good stay.

We have stayed at this hotel before and returned a second time because it is so fantastic in every way, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, the cleaning staff come in every day, the mini bar and tea making facilities are topped up every day, the food in the main restaurant is excellent and plentiful, the bar drinks menu is so generous and the service is brilliant plus there is entertainment every night, the hotel is perfectly located for the beach and the Antalya Aquarium and the Archaeological Museum are a must to visit and are a very short distance by taxi, the taxi rank is literally just over the road from the reception entrance and taxi fares are all metered and extremely good value for money.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were nice and clean and the highlight being the AC unit. The hotel isn't to far from the city centre about 15min walk. Safe very friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast. The only disappointment was you can't order takeaway and eat in the hotel. The hotel has a bar/restaurant but is a little pricey then what you would get locally. Great swimming pool, steam and sauna

Let’s start off with the hotel itself ; when we arrived we were greeted with a smile from all staff, from the moment we stepped through the doors to the moment we were escorted with our luggage to our rooms & throughout our whole stay. That was a great start for our holiday. Although the rooms may be outdated to other peoples taste but honestly it was fine as we had an amazing view (great for the sunsets & sunrises which I will upload). However the house keeping could be more mindful with the cleaning of the room as my friend had to clean the room with them as they were not cleaning well for what I would expect at a 5* hotel. Room service: We ordered a few things from the menu which came promptly and fresh. We had the option to pay for it then and there with cash in Lira or Euro. Or you could pay at the end of your leave. Amenities: At the time of visiting, the outside pool was closed as this was not the season time but if you do do come at peak times , they have a water slide for the outdoor pool. Spa area on the lower ground was clean. I didn’t use it myself but I had a wonder around and saw that it was being maintained well. You have these towel cards given to you at the time of checking in which you can exchange for towels and you return the towel for your cards to use next time. Bare in mind, if you lose these cards by checking out time you’ll have to pay 10€ each card. So don’t lose them! Restaurant: We opted for the inclusive system, which was well worth it for a relaxing stress free holiday. Each meal time and day was full of different varieties and catered to different diets. The wait staff were lovely and always eager to help. However they could smile a bit more (50% of the men, they look a bit grumpy). The fruit was what I love most mainly because I love fruit but also because the flavours were so fresh and cut in front of you. The drinks from the bar in the main reception area are also part of the inclusive system, for someone who does not drink alcoholic drinks, the bar staff were lovely to point out what was permissible for me to drink and gave me recommendations based on what flavours I like. Location: The hotel is easy to get to from Antalya airport by taxi or public transport. If you really want to get to know the area get the local public transport. But make sure you have your location on and use your maps on your phone wisely as you can get lost. Most of the drivers do not know English so come prepared with Google translate. You have to get the tram and then a bus, then it’s a 10 min walk to the hotel from the main road. You can buy a antalyakart at the airport or use a prepaid travel contactless card ( uk revolut or post office) . It was less than 20 liras in total which is around 85p at the time of this post. The taxi takes around £35/40 one way. So you can guess which method of transport I preferred. To get around : There are taxis which you can grab from outside the hotel & also from the hotel the bus stop on the main road, takes you to various destinations, either backwards to the main city for shopping food etc or you can head further out to Kemer and Finike for days out etc but make sure you have cash for the kemer buses. When you want to get off the bus on the Kemer buses make sure you come to the front of the bus to the driver a few min ahead of your stop and you pay when you leave but remember the name of the stop you got on at cause that’s how they calculate how much your journey was. Or if you’re just a beach person, you can walk to your hearts content alongside the beach path which is less than 3 mins from the hotel entrance . There’s lots of cats and dogs walking along too, very friendly. Wifi connection service is great. For getting out and about definitely get a SIM card at the airport, found Vodafone to be price worthy for 25g. It lasted me for a whole week with 8g left over. Via trip.com dit hotel geboekt voor 1 nacht en zeer tevreden over de boeking. Ik was bij aankomst iets te vroeg, maar de receptie deed totaal niet moeilijk en was zeer gastvrij. De massage, hamam, sauna en zwembad was een magische ervaring en krijgt ook een dikke 10! In het bijzonder de Indonesische masseuse was zeer vriendelijk en vakkundig. Haar vrouwelijke Turkse collega (ik denk leidinggevende functie) was zeer kattig en kon niet communiceren. Ik ben altijd gewend in een hotel om aan het eind bij de receptie af te rekenen, maar deze dame schreeuwde naar mij in gebrekkig Engels om af te rekenen. Toen ik vertelde dat ik geen geld bij me had, veranderde haar toon en werd ze een monster, waar ik bang van werd. Ik legde de dame uit dat ik bij de receptie ga afrekenen, maar dit accepteerde ze niet. Toen ik geld uit mijn hotelkamer pakte eh wilde afrekenen bij de dame vertelde ze dat ik in Turkse Lira moest afrekenen, terwijl op een aparte prijzenlijstje in euro stond. Ook wees ik op het feit dat het informatieboekje een prijzenlijst mist en dat dit wettelijk wel moet. Van dit gebeuren heb ik bij de receptie mijn beklag gedaan, maar ik had het vermoeden dat hier niets mee wordt gedaan! Jammer want deze dame heeft wel mijn avond en nacht verpest! Massage in dit hotel dus nooit meer!!

It’s really great to stay in this hotel . Actually I booked two hotels in Antalya . The first one is Concorde . Second is Lara. The fees of Concorde is a little cheaper than Lara . But not that much . All the foods and facilities in Concorde is totally a disaster . But when I got to Lara , it’s just like heaven to me. Next time I will book all the nights at Lara .
