We spent 3 nights in deluxe studio apartment 4A which had lovely view over the old town, sea and mountains. The kitchen/lounge was separated by half a wall from the bedroom area as appears on website. The air conditioner easily cooled the entire space. The bathroom was spacious and had good storage behind the mirror doors. Unfortunately the water in shower did not warm up enough for a comfortable shower. Ours were very quick as a result! Something should be done to rectify this issue as it was most unpleasant. However the pleasantness of the staff more than made up for this deficit. We were warmly greeted when we arrived at midnight (this must be pre arranged because reception closes around 5pm) and the day staff were equally as helpful. We were able to do our own laundry (once it was explained by staff who came to our room to demonstrate) and get great local takeaway coffee and fresh breads etc for breakfast. A nice change from the rich included breakfasts at previous hotels. Sometimes a simple start to the day is needed. We easily walked around the old town of Antalya from Arkk, loved its atmosphere and the harbour/port area in particular. Enjoyed the fish soup and grilled fish at Iskele Fish and Steak House (will leave a separate review) - that meal and location remain a highlight. Our stay was quiet apart from the first morning when we clearly heard a neighbour sneeze! I think they left that day as there was no further disturbance. Staff at Arkk Homes were easy to contact and offered a good rate booking direct. Spoke excellent English. Our stay was exactly what we needed - a convenient, quiet place right beside the old town where we could do some washing, eat whatever breakfast we desired at a time which suited us, and had the support of helpful staff at reception. They booked a taxi to airport for us and offered us the use of umbrellas when the weather didn’t cooperate one afternoon. Fortunately it cleared up nicely later. We do not travel to see beaches as we are blessed an abundance in our home country, so cannot comment about those. We prefer the history and culture of Antalya and it did not disappoint. Well worth a couple of days to enjoy, especially when staying at clean, modern, friendly Arkk Homes.

Had a ground floor apartment this time staying here while visiting family who live nearby. Apartment was comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed. Nice breakfast. Pool and apartment was lovely and clean. Migros and Bim supermarkets nearby. Reception sell cans of soft drinks or bottles of beer (Efes). Drying rack was a bit rusty but I don't do washing on holiday anyway! Washing machine and dishwasher there would of been nice to have a toaster (hubby loves toast at midnight!) Will defo stay here again

My friend and I traveled from New York, USA to Antalya and stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments attached to the Room hotel. We felt sooo SAFE and well taken care of here. The front-desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. They greeted us warmly every time we walked up; assisted us with taxi's and much more. The 1 bedroom was spacious and just a five minute walk from the main hotel/front desk. Restaurants are very near by and the beach is about a 20 minute walk or 4-5 minute taxi ride away. There was a local market that set up around the corner on Friday; where you can get fruit, things/gifts for loved ones at nice prices. The breakfast was nice and kept us full until lunch time and helped us to cut down on spending cost while there. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. If you need to wash clothes there is a laundry room with everything you need, washer and dryer. The reception staff are all courteous and helpful and a big shout goes to Matt who treated us great throughout our stay. He advised us where to go and was always smiling and full of energy. An asset to your business!! Migros supermarket is 200 metres away and get yourself a card as you will get 10% off all groceries. Head across the hospital car park and head for the enormous Turkish flag and passed the Shell garage on the right hand side and you will come to a junction. Across the road on your left is the most amazing fish and meze restaurant , Belik Isa ( something like that lol) . The views are to die for and the food incredible, all at a good cost. Below from there you will see a hotel swimming pool at the QINN Hotel , you can use this lovely welcoming pool (as we did on our last day as our flight was in the evening) and their facilities for UK £15.00 for 6 hours. The food is good and the beer is reasonable in price. If you like burgers and cheap cold beer, head down the road (right at the junction from earlier) and see CEZ something as the burgers are excellent and the beer is only 40l. The taxis are all the same price and you can get to the old town for around £4.00. We headed to the other side of Antalya and it cost £15.00 return and that was around £20 miles roundtrip. Lara beach was disappointing as the beer was expensive at £4.50 a pint and then they had the cheek to charge us £5.00 for just sitting at a table aghhh. Oh well, live and learn. In summary, a great find in an area that feels safe and only a stones throw from attractions. Enjoy and say hi to Matt from me!! Mark and Sharda

Удобное расположение, самый центр города и доступно к транспортной системе. Плюсы: число, доступная цена, всё в номере работает. Хороший кондиционер, очень хорошая вода, плитка для приготовления пищи. Минусы: не ответили на почту по поводу заселения, пришлось стучать в окно. Оказалось, что офис в соседнем здании, о чем не было известно. Важно: вечером в выходные сильная музыка из соседнего бара (располагается по диагонали от отеля), в не сезон заканчивалась в 00:00, в сезон думаю будет до утра мешать спать. Долго выбирали отель для отдыха в Анталье. Остановились на районе Алтынкум. Чисто курортный район Коньяалты со множеством точек общественного питания. Пересмотрели все отеле района и остановились на Trend Suites. Это лучшее предложение в разряде цена/качество. Громадный плюс отеля - предоставление своим клиентам бесплатных услуг на пляже Чакыл по будням (для остальных - 50 лир/чел). В холдинге компании два отеля на 416 и 414 улице. Ресепшн находится в отеле Циклс на 414. В Сьютсе можно застать только горничных с 8 до 17, но они говорят только по-турецки. Редко когда по вечерам в конторке сидит служащий, но и он по всем вопросам отсылает на 414 улицу. В действительности все как и заявлено. Номера большие,есть холодильник, микроволновка, электроплита, мойка, слабый интернет. Из дома нужно прихватить кухонные ножи, бельевую веревку, кухонное полотенце, половую тряпку. Это обязательно. Остальное можно докупить в Мигросе. Все окна оборудованы рольставнями с электроприводом. Иначе от жары не спасет ни какой кондиционер. Кстати, в номере их два - в спальне и в опен спейс. Завтракали дома, есть же кухня. Иногда дома и обедали. Из местного общепита больше всего понравилось в Tavuk Dünyası. Это сетевой ресторан быстрого питания. За 35 лир предложат большую тарелку салат-макароны-куриное мясо. Вкусно и сытно. Пляж Чакыл тоже очень понравился. Очено хороший сервис. Но дороговато - пиво 36 лир (три конца). Немцы и те не пьют. Да и вообще, считаю Коньяалты одним из лучших пляжей в мире. Галька (чакыл), поэтому вода прозрачная, никакой мути, заход в море типа ”сразу глубоко”, длина более 7 км - есть где поплавать в этом бассейне. Набережная теперь оборудованная - вело и беговые дорожки, спортивные площадки, променад. В отеле можно взять велик за 20 лир/час. Последний раз были в 2017 году, а сейчас приехали - не узнать набережную. Как похорошела Анталья при Мухиттине Бочеке! Отдыхом очень довольны! Если сложится, приедем ещё.

I came here with my boyfriend for a fortnight long holiday Sept / Oct 2020. Be warned the standard rooms are dire. There is no space at all unless you are a single person just staying for a couple of nights you will need to upgrade which we did within an hour of being there. The basic rooms are very cheap but the upgrade is well worth it. Remember you get what you pay for. We upgraded to the family room by the pool and it was just right. A double and single bed with a sofa and halfway decent bathroom. As it is small it’s quite friendly and there are always other people to chat to. A mixture of Turks, English, German and American holidaymakers. The dogs are the cutest and there is also an elusive tortoise that sometime potters around in the mornings. Although it looks like downtown Beirut from the outside it is clean and atmospheric inside and it is only a minutes walk from the centre of Kaleci. Well situated if you are getting dental work done, which was why all the Brits were there!!
