A very pleasant place to stay! At Casamax Suites, I really appreciated the combination of comfort and a calm atmosphere — it’s a great place to relax after a busy day. The rooms are bright, well-equipped, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d especially like to highlight the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — sleeping there was truly comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. Cleanliness was also impressive — housekeeping is regular and done to a high standard. Overall, it’s an excellent choice in terms of value for money. I can confidently recommend this hotel!

The breakfast is good. The service is fine. The location is so so, need a little walk to the old town. The road outside the hotel is poor and dark at night.

Akra Hotel in Antalya absolutely exceeded my expectations. The ocean views are stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Everything from the breakfast buffet to the room design feels five-star. Perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and coastal vibes , I can’t wait to come back!

Facilities all great, clean and maintained well - spa has a relaxed vibe and sauna/steam room worked perfectly - I suggest keeping it open till later however. Gym has top tier machines/equipment and is open 24/7. Cliff side swimming area was the highlight of our stay. We chose the ‘standard king room’, and although I see a lot of reviews saying the room size was small, I disagree - the room size was slightly small but similar to most basic room options from hotels I have stayed in. Smart TV, was very big - perfect for when it was too hot outside and needed a break. Room amenities such as shampoo, body soap, lotion, etc. felt high quality. Breakfast tasty, and 30euro might seem expensive but I do think it’s worth it for what they offer. What did bother me however, was being asked to pay for breakfast (twice) whilst still eating, on top of that, when I asked for the price before we ate, the staff didn’t seem to know what the price was - not professional at all. Pool towels have to be taken from downstairs in the spa and not by the pool which I thought was unusual and tedious. When we asked the pool-bar staff where to get towels, again, no idea and seemed clueless, we had to ask a different member of staff at the very bottom by the cliffside to get an answer. No bringing food/drink from outside - the hotel felt like you were being watched all the time, making sure you don’t break their ridiculous rule! I tried refilling my complementary bottle from the water dispenser downstairs, but I was told this was not allowed… seems like a way for you to instead pay for their glass bottled water. Never experience this from any hotel in my life. Overall, a hotel with exceptional facilities and amenities ruined by an unfriendly atmosphere and unusual hotel rules. Sadly, this made us feel unwelcome at times and I probably would not stay here again.

My stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly exceptional. I spent 4 wonderful days at the resort and enjoyed every moment from the very first minute. The staff were outstanding. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, it felt as though they were already waiting to provide support before I even asked. The Kids Club deserves special recognition. The staff there treated the children with incredible care and warmth. Their kindness and attention made us feel like they were part of our own family, and it was clear how much they genuinely cared about the children. The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety was impressive, and it was almost impossible not to find something you would enjoy. Every meal offered plenty of choices and excellent quality. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were beyond expectations. The reception team made us feel incredibly valued and appreciated, creating a memorable first impression that lasted throughout the entire stay. For families with young children, especially those under 4 years old, this resort is a perfect destination. There are so many activities and facilities that you hardly need to leave the property at all. I honestly believe this is a place I will visit again, and I expect to return more than once over the next two years. Das Hotel verfügt über eine sehr gepflegte und ansprechende Anlage, die uns sofort gefallen hat. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir mit der Sauberkeit an einigen Tagen nicht ganz zufrieden. Allerdings wurde auf unsere kleine Beschwerde prompt und freundlich reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Der Service sowie das Essen waren insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend und haben unseren Aufenthalt positiv abgerundet.

По всем параметрам отель понравился. Приятно встретили, заселили заранее без ожидания назначенного времени. Расположение идеальное, на первой линии в 100 метрах от пляжа и набережной. В шаговой доступности всё необходимое. Номер простенький, но очень комфортный, есть всё необходимое. Даже для работы за ноутбуком нашлось удобное место, что не часто для отелей 3*. Завтрак насыщен овощами, фруктами и зеленью. Остальное тоже в достатке, яичница, колбасы, сыры. Напитки холодные и горячие. Есть бассейн, но при наличии пляжа в шаговой доступности в него даже не заглядывал. Попался комбинированный вид, частично город, частично море. И это очень понравилось, тк по своему интересно любоваться панорамой города с высокого этажа. В целом отлично организованный и сбалансированный отель, видно владелец профессионал знает своё дело и получает от него удовольствие. Konaklayabilceğiniz güzel otellerden bir tanesi. Oda temizliği ve resepsiyon iyiydi. Konum olarak mükemmel. Yeniden tercih edeceğiz.

Das City Live Hotel ist gegenüber dem grossen Einkaufszentrum Terracity, super für eine Nacht und einen Shopping-Abstecher in Antalya. Taxistand ist gegenüber und neben dem Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant, ein Wechselbüro befindet sich gleich an der Nebenstrasse. Frühstück ist in Form eines Buffets und im Sommer kann man sogar in den Pool und sonnen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer ist ein Sofa und genug Platz für 3 Personen, da noch ein Einzelbett sowie ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung steht. Die Fenster sind nur kippbar und es gibt keinen Balkon ausser im Juniorsuite. Jedoch darf man ein Raucherzimmer buchen. Eine Klimaanlage ist auch im Zimmer und die Betten sowie Kissen sind bequem. Was mühsam war, war dass man sehr lange auf die Aufzüge warten muss, obwohl es zwei gibt. Für einen Kurztrip ist dieses Hotel ideal, würde es empfehlen, wenn man keine grossen Vorstellungen hat und es sauber und bequem möchte und nur zum Shoppen in Antalya ist.

Everything was OK, but i got breakfast included in my package, and breakfast time was 7.30 AM to 10.30 AM. we went 9.30 no bread there no cakes when I asked they said finished also most of Staff not understand English. One other thing bad, they put fizzy drinks into room but didn't mention its charge able but we we check out that guy on receptionist he doesn't speak properly English which i could not understand him then he said to me you need to pay that much money for drinks i thought those were free bit argument because of misunderstanding which they are doing wrong either they shouldn't put drinks into fridge or should tell to customers straightforward. I think this is the wrong idea to make money that way. Also, there's a spa that includes hotel booking like sauna steam room, swimming pool there's some guys from hotel they miss guides for massage centre and charges 1800 Turkish lira for massage that free things they includes their time to robbed the customer that's no nice aswell I suggest to everyone don't go to massage from them just wasting money no professional people.
