We stayed here twice with a few days in between. Our first stay was great! The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed but the outside bar served nice food (only 2 veggie options), though a little noisy and cold (they gave us blankets when we asked). Our second stay was awful! We had two rooms booked, but they said we only had one. We had to wait several hours in reception for this to be sorted with no apology from staff. When we came to check out, they said they hasn’t received the money from lastminute.com and asked us to pay again. I showed proof of payment, but they said they didn’t have it so wanted me to pay. I refused! They asked me to call lastminute.com to sort out the payment transfer to them. I explained that everything on my end was complete and that they could sort it out with the tour operator not me. Also on our second stay the food was terrible - the zebu fillet was completely inedible. When we told the staff they didn’t even acknowledge this problem.

Simply a great hotel ! They have wonderful staff with great attitude and professionalism. Im a frequent business traveler and it's the first time that a hotel staff proposed me the Radisson Reward with lots of goodies. Like at it's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, I had to teach them to make strong tea. They surely got it right afterwards 😁. Not much to improve except the internet connection and the horizontal (😂) nozzle of the bathroom soap holders.

今までに２回宿泊した。 古いホテルではあるが、ロケーションが良く、朝食やスポーツジム、スパといったホテルのサービスには満足できる。 しかし深夜、ホテルスタッフが合い鍵を使って侵入してきたことがあった。 2023年8月19日から20日にかけての深夜2時30分に合鍵を使って男性のホテルスタッフが女性を連れて入室してきた。 私が怒鳴ったら彼らは慌てて出て行き、しばらくの間二人は廊下で口論していた。その後「空いている部屋だと思って開けてしまった、ごめんなさい」とスタッフから電話がかかってきた。 翌日フロントに苦情を言いに行ったが、レポートされておらず、スタッフの中でもみ消された様子。今のところホテルからの正式な謝罪はない。 宿泊する方はドアの前に椅子やスーツケースを置いて物理的にドアを開けられないように用心した方がいい。 I have stayed here twice now. Although it is an older hotel, hotel services such as breakfast, gym, and spa are satisfactory. However, one time, the hotel staff used a duplicate key late at night to gain entry. On August 19-20, 2023, a male hotel staff member entered the room with a female using a duplicate key at 2:30 a.m. When I yelled at them, they left in a hurry and argued in the hallway for a while. Later, I received a phone call and stuff saying, ”I thought it was an empty room and opened it, I'm sorry.” The next day, Sunday morning I went to the front desk to complain, but it was not reported to reception and seemed to have been hushed among the staff. So far, there has been no formal apology from the hotel. Those who are staying at the hotel should be vigilant to make sure that the door cannot be physically opened by placing a chair or suitcase in front of the door.

A very good value-for-money hotel close to the hubbub of the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the only down side being the poor drainage of the shower, hence having to deal with a wet bathroom floor! There is a desk in the room with tea and coffee facilities, considered quite a luxury here. The first night we stayed here I had to contend with the neighboring night club music until the early hours of the morning, but I assume this is not a daily occurrence. The breakfast included was substantial and had a good variety of pastries. Most impressively they were able to serve me a cappuccino! The rooftop bar has a lovely ambience for evening sundowners, but the prices are a bit steep. The chocolate rhum arrange, however, was well worth the dear treat!! The concierge is very helpful in that they even organised us a taxi to and from our restaurant of choice for the evening. There is a spa and gym facilities also available on site. The hotel is also situated within walking distances to restaurants, shops and A**s. All in all, a good, comfortable stay!
