We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!

房間很大，一個房間有1.8米大床，和一個沙發床。酒店要求我給兩歲孩子定一個床。房間裏還有一個長條高桌子，配兩把高腳椅子，有微波爐、洗水池。大堂出門左轉的地下室就是ah超市。馬路對面就是安特衞普火車站。就是離古城要20多分鐘車程，地圖顯示騎車9分鐘。早餐不是很豐盛，不過有一個自助華夫餅機。

I really like the room. Although it’s not big, still enough furniture. TV and coffee machine are very useful. Staffs were enthusiastic when we came very late and gave us more water and slippers

Moderno hotel pegado a la preciosa estación Central de tren en el Barrio de los Diamantes, el judió, a 30 minutos andando de la Grote Mark, lo cual en una ciudad grande como Amberes es céntrico. Habitación muy amplia con vistas, moderno y animado bar, sin parking pero con uno público bajo el propio hotel. El personal super amable, repetiría sin dudarlo.

The location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel. The room was spacious. Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black. It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.

Gute Lage, kein eigenes Frühstück, für das keineswegs besondere Fr. im Radisson wurde von Park Inn-Mitarbeiter beim check-out 27 euro verlangt, obwohl am vorigen Tag noch ein Preis von 23 bestätigt worden war....

This is a really a nice four star’s standard hotel with good breakfast and excellent service from the check in front desk, just 2 minutes walking distance from Antwerp central station. This area is easier for any tourist visiting the city centre of Antwerp and even the China town is nearby. If you have to travel from there to France or Netherlands or Germany, there are a good railway connection every 1-2 hours. Really suitable for backpackers or some relaxing plan holidays

Tried to order room service. The service was bad and kept telling me nothing was available except for Fries. I then ordered fries but it never delivered. The network was bad, so I couldn't connect to the internet in the room.
