Have been is this place before. Good location they have a parking space for free Bathroom is a little small . And it was liking . But overall a good place to stay. More kind family place . You won’t see too many single young people around

Melhorou um pouco. Criaram uma brinquedoteca na recepção, logo embaixo da escada. Para quem vai com criança, faz uma grande diferença. O café da manhã continua simples, mas agora fazem tapioca e omelete a pedido, sem custo adicional. O quarto é amplo, reformado e com cama king confortável. O banheiro parece ter recebido uma “meia” reforma, somente na pia. Vaso velho e manchado. Área de banho continua antiga, com muito lodo e limo. Possui academia e pequena piscina na cobertura. Bom atendimento. Foram disponibilizadas 2 garrafas de água mineral como cortesia, dentro do apto.

Very disappointed with this hotel, started the break here as the Hilton Garden Inn then changed hands at new year. On the positive, good location, rooms are a good size and parking is convenient. Unfortunately the hotel is just very tired and staff don’t seem to care. Our room was not clean so we informed reception, who told us they would get it cleaned the next day. Although the room was generally cleaned (sheets etc), there was dust everywhere and not great. The food was exactly the same for breakfast each day, hit and miss whether there was fruit juice or just water. Room key stopped working a couple of times a day so needed to be recoded constantly. Pool was never cleaned and chemicals not checked- see photos. Really is disgusting and needs addressing. Staff not interested in doing anything about it. Almost staff spoke English but not all, not their fault but not designed for any foreign travellers. I would avoid this hotel as there are many others that are better and cleaner.

Quando eu cheguei no hotel estava uma gritaria , criança brincando na recepção chutado objetos como se estive em um campo de futebol. Os funcionários do hotel não fizeram nada para intervir nessa situação. Estava realizando o meu cadastro e uma gritaria que encomodava demais. Quando ao quarto eu gostei bastante, poderiam trocar o chuveiro por outro pois o jato de água vai direto na parede frontal do banheiro e não em direção ao chão.

O quarto não é exatamente igual a foto que aparece no booking, no momento da reserva. Quando chegamos, fomos direcionados a um quarto que estava com cheiro de mofo muuuuuito forte. Não aguentei ficar nele. Ao pedir para trocar de quarto, o funcionário foi mtoooo atencioso e prontamente o fez, me explicando ainda, que alguns quartos do hotel foram reformados, outros não, e esse que estava com cheiro de mofo fazia parte dos q ainda não tinham sido reformados. Assim, nos conduziu a um outro quarto, que segundo ele, já havia passado pela reforma. Esse outro quarto, estava com cheiro de mofo mais fraco, mas ainda estava. Mas era melhor que o anterior. A cama é boa, chuveiro ok. Mas não há nada de excepcional.

Quarto triplo, acomoda tranquilo 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Bem localizado. Café da manhã com bastante variedade. Atendimento de qualidade (simpáticas e educadas). Estacionamento à uma quadra do hotel, mas o carro é guardado e serviço de busca do veículo disponível 24h. Adoramos nossa estádia.

Always a plasure to stay in this hotel. Fantastic position in front Flamboyant shopping center where you can find an international cusine. Also is very close to the higway and Aparecida de Goiania industrial area.
