I wanted heating, they claimed no built in heating saying it is not winter. So I requested portable heater. Staff brought it. But it did not even turn on. So I told them again. Then they brought other one. Second one turned on, but broke down after few minutes. So I told them about that and they brought another one, which broke down again after few minutes. Plus there was some smoking smells. I got frustrated with never ending issues so I shortened my stay but they didn’t even refund.

Breakfast is excellent, must try for at least one time! They provide free sake even at the breakfast time (I don't drink though)... Nice & clean, staff are helpful & polite, just a bit away from JR station...

I like the Aomori Art pieces decoration at the lobby as well as outside at the corridor of the rooms. Very comfortable. Spacious too. Breakfast selections are great too

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk away from the pier. Hotel front desk is very helpful. Enjoyed the morning walk from the hotel.

Terrible air con, temperature control has been out of order for long time, can’t accommodate unless open the window for cool ventilation. Paid twin room for getting an extremely small single !!!

Everything was good but if they could provide bottled water on the daily basis would be nice.

The room is pretty small, however, pretty cozy. The hotel is nearby to the shopping district and easy to access. The most important thing is that the guest relations were very helpful to sort out our transportation.

Loved the hotel, 1km from train station but it’s okay if you drive. Modern facilities, clean rooms, great service.

Its a bit far from the station, around 15 mins walk. And you must reserve table for dinner otherwise hard to find places to eat around.
