民宿設在客都人家文化廣場裏面，環境不錯，一出來就是景區，人來人往的很熱鬧，後面是一條江河，沿邊江邊走有一大片柚子樹，梅州以沙田柚出名，所以這裏也做了個柚子洲頭！長沙有橘子洲頭，這裏則是柚子洲頭。有點東施效顰之嫌！我們是親友團出遊訂了一棟有五個房間的，想着住一棟房子裏至少有個客廳大家坐在一起喝茶聊天！但當時我沒細看裏面的設施自以為是有的！另一棟看圖片感覺要好些，想着價錢一樣應該是差不多的結構。去到才知道還是有很大的區別！客服態度很好，我們去到中午未到入住的時間，她就安排大家在後花園裡一個大茶台先喝茶。快二點了才打掃好進去入住，二側面的房子進去二邊是房間，走廊中間是衞生間，就是四個人共用一個衞生間。這個有點不方便。其他的都還好！早餐也不錯！總的來説值得來試試體驗一下！

BIG APPLAUSE & THANK YOU to chief concierge Sam Qiu for his hospitality & prompt response. Sam checked us in & greeted my elderly parents with big smile. Sam is very resourceful! He learnt that we are foreigners of Hakka descendent & visited Meizhou for local cuisines, immediately recommended few restaurants & interesting places for us to explore. He helped us booked Di Di online, ordered food delivery to hotel before we departed to next city & even prepared disposable utensils for our meals in the high speed train, really appreciate his detailed observation & consideration! Sam extended his service beyond my expectation! LOVE the location, quiet & spacious room. People's Square is right across the street. Fresh air & greenery in the morning. When dark falls, the whole park turns into fun fair ground for kids, dancing field & karaoke place for the adults. Will return staying in this hotel without hesitation.

The hotel near Keduhui Culture Business Center, it's convenient to find local eatery around this area. Hotel staff very friendly, provide good service. Surprisingly hotel provide free laundry, it's solved our work. Highly recommend

Me and family enjoyed our stay in Hanting hotel Meizhou. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Especially Ms. Phang, she was very kind and genuine. Hanting Hotel Meizhou, you have a good and solid team 👌

兩個人三衹狗，狗狗在陌生環境比在家更警惕，偶爾會叫，怕打擾別的住客，特意訂了帶院子的獨立套房。帶狗狗要付款按金和清潔費。院子圍欄高80釐米左右。圍欄不是全封閉的，有三個出入口，兩個大約80釐米寬，一個3米寬，自己組裝圍欄進行了遮擋。餐廳好像是也會對外開放營業的，就在套房旁邊，特別近，菜品選擇多，味道也很好。 環境：周邊比較僻靜，有時能聽見旁邊民房的狗叫和雞叫。 設施：浴缸是亮點，不過是露天的，得挑一天中沒那麼冷的時候去泡澡，可惜行程比較緊，沒空體驗。美中不足是電視遙控機壞了，懶得問前台。 衞生：其他都很好，浴缸因為是露天所以有點灰塵和鳥屎，要泡的話得提前自己擦一下之後再套一次性浴缸套。 服務：服務沒的説，網上聯繫也是迅速回復。還會送糖水。

Had a lovely 6 day stay at this hotel which is in an excellent location and has beautiful, modern rooms. The rooms are spacious and modern with high tech access and lighting, they are comfortable and have a sofa which is an unusual feature. The location is very convenient for public transport and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and one helped me to get a taxi to the train station on my departure.

Room clean, location convenient, laundry free of service, morning breakfast -Yam Mien(Meizhou authenetic dry noodle) Oishi!!! Taste very nice!! On top of that, Hi tea with a cup of cuppacino+cake served every afternoon, light supper somemore for late comer. Best hotel! Definitely will come back again and to recommend relatives and friends.

A. Normal hotel with not the best location but cheap and high CP for solo traveller , the best thing must be the hotel location is not far away from the High speed train.

感覺是梅州最好的酒店了。又新，房間又大，而且無異味。吃東西也方便。最令人感動的是，由於工作需要，急需打印幾張紙，滿大街找不到打印店。垂頭喪氣回酒店之事，問了下前台002號小哥。立馬幫我打印安排上，還問我要怎樣的打印效果，毫無推託！非常熱情！一百個贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間很大、衞生尚好、酒店停車場很大，前台服務員很熱情周到，雖然春節期間客源量大但能耐心服務，唯一酒店的房間設施陳舊些、自助早餐簡單，期待提高。
