The Gran Melia hotel was absolutely amazing the quality of everything, the service is the best you will find anywhere. The breakfast was very special with lots of quality food to choose from the service in the breakfast was outstanding. The room and facilities were very special double sink free standing bath beautiful bedding and towels and the turn down service was great too. We used the gym every day and it was basically brand new equipment and well air conditioned to make it better We can’t wait to return to see the development of the complex and experience this special treatment again from the team at Gran Melia

Ia adalah yang terbaik. Ia tidak masuk akal bahawa anda boleh menginap di hotel seperti ini dengan harga sekitar 30,000 won. Kakitangan yang mesra boleh berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggeris Kolam renang Sarapan Kemudahan gimnasium yang sempurna Perkara yang paling penting ialah penghawa dingin (saya banyak memuat naik kerana ia sejuk) dan tekanan air yang baik.

Good breakfast, unlimited buggy, boat and cable car is very convenient. Once you are on island not much to spend money on so you and ur wallet can relax ☺️. Island was very windy compared to mainland. Beach has pretty strong waves compared to Vinpearl resort and spa beach.

Possibly one of the busiest hotels we have ever experienced. Definitely not the chilled vibes shown in photos! The rooms are spacious but a little dusty in corners. The breakfast is plentiful but busy and the pool is mentally busy… we enjoyed the beach location but even then one day the tide changed and brought in lots of rubbish including diapers!

The hotel has a very good view and position in Nha Trang beach. I and my family enjoyed our wonderful weekend here. Services is excellent. I will came back here in the future. Hotel serve poolside BBQ with a beachfront view and the open atmophere. You can see the whole beautiful drone show event in Nha Trang Festival 2023. What a nice place!

Saya menginap di hotel annova selama 2 malam dan ia betul-betul di hadapan Lotte Mart, jadi ia sangat bagus untuk membeli-belah pada hari terakhir. Pasar malam juga lebih kurang 10-15 minit berjalan kaki. Keadaan bilik baik, tetapi saya minum air dari peti sejuk dan mereka meminta saya membayarnya.. Saya membayar. Selepas mendaftar keluar, kakitangan memanggil teksi ke lapangan terbang dengan harga murah 400,000 dong (harga Grab 540,000 dong).

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

I recently had a stay at Hon Tam resort and I'm deeply dissatisfied with my experience. There were three main issues that left me highly disappointed: 1. Firstly, the resort is located on an island, and when I tried to arrange a boat trip myself, the security staff prevented the boat from docking and interrogated me about my whereabouts and activities. They even questioned why I would use outside services when staying at the resort. Initially, I thought it was a restrictive policy, but I agreed not to proceed to follow the resort's policy. However, when I wanted to pay the boat driver, the security staff still wouldn't allow the boat to approach for payment. After that, other resort staffs came and informed me that I can go and do what I want but I had to report and register my every move, as it was a resort regulation. This made me feel like I was in a military base rather than a relaxing resort. Despite receiving an apology from the resort management about the securiy guy's behavior, I still found the experience to be extremely unpleasant, especially for my mother who is over 60 years old and felt frightened. The resort's regulations regarding guest privacy and the intrusive nature of their inquiries were unreasonable and made me feel like I was under surveillance rather than enjoying a vacation. Beside that, the security guy treated me like a criminal than a customer. 2. Secondly, while my mother was sleeping, she was disturbed by some kind of animal, possibly a snake, crawling onto her, that made her couldn't sleep any more. I understand that the resort is surrounded by nature, and encountering snakes outside is somewhat expected. However, having a snake enter a closed room is completely unacceptable from a construction perspective. This incident raised concerns about the resort's standards and safety. 3. Thirdly, I observed a lack of consistency in the resort's management. I was informed that I could charge the mud bath service to my room and settle the payment upon check-out. However, when I went to purchase the mud bath ticket without cash, the staff refused to allow me to charge it to my room. I had to return to my room to retrieve cash before I could purchase the ticket. This was a significant waste of time. It's essential for the resort to ensure consistent information and management practices to provide a convenient and reliable experience for their guests. Despite these issues, I must commend the resort for its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings on the island, and the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the front desk, service, and electric vehicle staff. They were adorable and provided excellent support. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I had previously visited this resort and enjoyed its tranquility and natural beauty, which is why I brought my mother for a relaxing getaway. Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.
