The hotel is situated near the beach. The room was clean. Breakfast is quite simple. Overall, it's a good hotel for a reasonable price if you book it in advance.

For Goa, this hotel is an absolute dream for such a small price. There are no frills, but that's not what people come to Goa for. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and water are provided upon request, and cleaning and linen changes are also on request. The location is excellent. We were very happy to have landed at this particular hotel. Now we'll only be coming back here.

For its price, this hotel is good; we liked it. There wasn't daily cleaning, but we didn't need it as we only stayed for 2 nights. The location is great, close to the beach and shops. The staff try their best. If we go to Arambol again, we'll definitely stay at this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room is clean, the staff is very polite and respectful, the kitchen and restaurant are really nice and delicious.

The rooms are small but comfortable. It's close to the sea. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. They speak some Russian, which is a plus.

Everything was great! The room was small, but very clean, and the location was fantastic – just a 5-minute walk to the sea. The hotel's kitchen/restaurant was also good.

We can absolutely recommend the large room with air conditioning – everything was great! The location is perfect, right on the beach and in the heart of the tourist area, with everything easily reachable on foot, just a few steps away. I also stayed three nights in their cheapest offer, a small room without air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend it; it was noisy, run-down, and not advisable.

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful.

A good option in its segment. It's a shame we were just passing through between flights and only stayed here for one night. We really liked the atmosphere and the staff at this place. The beach, restaurants, and market stalls... everything is nearby and has a great vibe. Maybe we'll come back for a week.

We have booked the room on the top floor with the ocean view. Not the hotel of the dream, but it was clean, hot water 24 hours, no insects! By the surprise there was not a balcony in the room, but we were sure it should be in our room type, but some people use the common balcony to dry the clothes). It was super, that the beach and the cafes were very close to the hotel! Nice view also is good point of this place🫶

We loved everything; for India, I think it's a great hotel. The staff is polite; they'll clean up if you ask them to, and they're very accommodating. The location is excellent, 100-150 meters from the sea, and close to the main street and all the cafes. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Excellent guest house, a couple of minutes to the beach, everything is close, cafes, shops. Delicious breakfast, fruits. Friendly hosts, a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Everything is great!
