Amazing aura of the room. The staff is very friendly offered to keep our luggage even after checkout. The location is very easy in the centre. The rooms are very aesthetic and clean

A great hotel the staff were very friendly it’s very near Prague Castle a steep walk up but great views

The hotel was not as listed. They didn’t have the private parking the website said they had and we had to park in a public car park 20 minutes away from the hotel. We then asked about the laundry services listed on their page and they said they didn’t have any, so they sent us 15 minutes away to a laundrette which was closed when we got there. The hotel is ideally located next to Prague castle and lots of nice restaurants and pubs, and is a 10 minute downhill walk from the nearest tram stop.

The location is perfect, it nears the Prague Castle. The staff are nice and patient. The room is very beautiful and has provided everything we needed. Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. I will definitely want to come back again !!

Nice historical rooms just below the Fortress. Nice junior suite with fireplace and a nice bathroom. All bathroom supplies were available. Rooms were quiet. Parking is available in a parking garage for 200 CK per day if you park yourself and take a 10min walk through the castle back to the hotel. Would stay there again if I want to be in Prague close to Old Town.

Very profound experience Will definitely stay again The room is large, tidy, comfortable and clean Provide toiletries and slippers The bathtub is huge The breakfast has many choices and they are all delicious Twelve thousand recommended

Beautiful hotel, medieval style, Location next to the Prague Palace Only downside is that it is located on a hill, you have to be sporty and not too loaded, The tram stop is 7 minutes walk away

My husband and I had COVID, I asked the hotel to at least give me a credit to use in the future since the doctor prohibited us from traveling. Besides, it would not be right to travel and pass COVID on to others. I contacted them directly, sent an email but only got a standard response via Trip.

Very beautiful hotel, very close to the castle, it's nice to experience it, but it's not very convenient to go to the old town, you have to walk a lot, and the nearby shops are more expensive. If I choose again, I will choose a hotel in the old town.

Amazing: The hotel was transformed from a medieval "castle" and was very unique. It was like traveling through time and space and becoming a prince. The room I booked was very large, with a lounge, a large bathroom, and a moderate bedroom. Surprised: There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Although I know that many hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning, I did not know when I booked. It happened to be very hot during the two days I stayed there, and I did not sleep well. National conditions are different. I hope Ctrip will clearly state whether overseas hotels have air conditioning.
