Overall a very pleasant stay despite the renovation! First, yes, the hotel is under a complete renovation as of the end of July 2023. It looks like they’re about half done. But I was put in a newly renovated room and didn’t hear a peep! The only thing I noticed was work trucks and equipment in the parking lot. Second, they were so nice to put me on the first floor by a side door which was perfect for me and my little dog who was with me. This property was perfect for me and my dog because there was a lush green field right outside the side door! Further it’s a very dog friendly hotel which dog treats by the front desk and lots of comfortable spaces to walk, especially when the pavement is too hot for their paws. Yes, there is a ***** club nearby but you can’t really see it from the hotel and it did not bother me. What is strange is that it’s on a corner with a Super Target (easy walk for groceries/supplies for your room), Starbucks, gourmet cookie company, PF Chang’s To-Go, Petsmart, etc. Being curious I looked up zoning policies for the city of Glendale (the home-rule enclave the hotel is located in) and they are described as “libertarian” and it looks like you can build and operate whatever you want wherever. Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel if you want space for you and your dog, you and your kids, etc. I’m sure everything will be back to 100% soon as the renovation continues and concludes.

Just spent two nights at the hotel and overall very good. Overall hotel appeared very clean. The one downside, that can be avoided, is there is construction happening next door to the hotel. To avoid construction noise, ask for a room facing the front of the hotel and you should be fine - I was in Room 316 and had no issues. The hotel has large fans going inside an electrical room on each floor to try to cover the noise in the hallways (see photo). Room was huge. Two queen beds and a couch, microwave/fridge, bathroom, TV. WiFi worked very well. Breakfast was pretty good and there was coffee/tea available throughout the day in the lobby. Plentiful parking was free and secure. Location is just off I-25. About 25 minutes to downtown Denver deepening on traffic. While the area is suburban, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance - including a food hall and Indian restaurant right next door.

I’ll start with the good; for a chain the breakfasts are excellent and the breakfast area is very clean. There is plenty of hot water and comfortable linens and beds. Now the bad; our last visit last month the heat was not on when we got into the room and the thermostat did not work. We had to switch rooms. On this visit, the thermostat was off and the room was exceptionally cold as there was a snowstorm outside. We had to wear full winter jackets inside the room for over three hours before the room finally heated up to even a “cool” temperature. I understand Hampton may not want to heat empty rooms, but it seems to me when they assign a room, prior to check in. staff should’ve turned the heat back on hours before we got there. We have also been told that after hours there is no maintenance people available or staff other than the front desk staff.

I picked this hotel on a whim based on reviews. It cost about $20 more than comparables, and I'm glad I chose this place! Staff was super helpful and got me a room that met my goals. The location is really convenient, and surprisingly quiet (and I'm funny about this). I paid $10 extra to get the suite instead of the studio, which gives you a door between the living area and sleeping/bathroom - really nice. When I have the fan running on the Heat/Air, I can't hear anything, and I slept very well. The deco is pleasant and bright, things are clean. I was surprised that this has a full studio kitchen (minus an oven), but super handy. The hot breakfast options were very good (hot eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits/gravy) plus cold assortments. I enjoyed my night so much I stayed an extra night - and surprise, the hot breakfast was different, and equally good (two different egg souflets, chorizo/potato burritos, waffles). . They have a firepit that's quite popular (claim your seats early), and with the right room you can catch a nice view of the sunset behind a vast wall of mountains on the horizon.

We needed a place to stay that was near Park Meadows and downtown and this location worked out for us. It's newly renovated and our room was nice. As a platinum member, we were upgraded to the King suite and opted for the points instead of breakfast. The front desk was super helpful and very nice, none were grumpy! It's the perfect place if you just need a night to stay and don't need the frills of a bigger hotel. It's in a safe area near a few restaurants. In our room we smelled smoke whenever someone was outside smoking, but not sure if it was due to our patio door not having a good seal once closed, or if it came through the air conditioner/heater. Overall, it's small, quaint, nice people at the front desk, and perfect for a quick stay.

Loved our stay!!! Let's start with Jake checking us in on Thursday, he was amazing, polite, professional, just overall awesome! On rechecked in on Friday under a separate reservation and the agent was so sweet and accommodating, I enjoyed chatting with her! (didn't write down her name) Moving on to our dinner in Zink and having Morgan as our server! She was just absolutely perfect, friendly, efficient and fun! Jane was setting up a buffet in the hallway and I was intrigued because am an Event Manager for Hilton, so I stopped to chat and admire the setup, she was fantastic to speak with and so helpful that she actually went to get me the book where your equipment was ordered from! Tybor (I hope spelling is correct) took care of our family for 4 nights, he was sociable, remembered everyone's drinks and engaging! The morning breakfast servers were wonderful too, had a great chat with Beverly who when I said we had to check out on Sunday and move to another Hilton because you were sold out, she said ” are you sure, I can call the Front Desk for you”!! Thats top notch service and a valuable ambassador! The coffee shop lady on Friday was awesome too! The housekeeper on Wednesday afternoon on floor 2 was so nice and friendly! WOW is all I can say great team and I will definitely stay at your location on my next trip to Denver!
