I stayed at the Sojo Hotel for the Den Hung Festival. It was the best decision I could have made. The staff at the Sojo Hotel were so helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to (Nguyệt, Huy, Trang, Minh, Hải, Đoàn, Thủy, Anh, and many of the other staff who were so welcoming) They provided us with any support and service we needed. A couple examples was when they provided us a charger for my phone and our game controllers. They also provided us drinks when we became extremely thirsty from playing an intense game of foosball. The service at Sojo Hotel is a 10/10!! Sojo Hotel was such a sleek and modern hotel with futuristic features. I love the appliance and features in the room. The lobby was very nice and had many fun games. I played foosball with my friends all night long. One of the hotel staff members, Trang, even joined in and made the game even more fun! I think the best part of my stay was the service of the hotel staff. They made the experience so memorable and I am so thankful for their hospitality. I am so thankful to all of the workers of Sojo Hotel and hope that they receive praise and acknowledgement for their great work and effort. I hope to stay at the Sojo Hotel Viet Tri again soon!

Our family stayed in this hotel one week. We are happy we have chosen this hotel. It’s very modern construction and unique furniture. Very friendly and helpful staff. Specially i want to note one receptionist who is very helpful and know English well. She helped us to solve all our request, it is Khanh Le. The supervisor of houses keeping was care a lot if everything is good and we are happy staying there. For breakfast they have various food to choose. From the first minute till the last moment being at hotel, staffs were caring about us. It makes us feel special. Location of the hotel is also convenient. Thank you 😊

The hotel has a great location in front of a big lake. This brings a good feeling of comfort, freshness, and relaxation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean spacious. The hotel is not in a busy area, and it takes you about 20 - 30 minutes to local restaurants on foot. Room service has limited dishes, and the taste is disappointing especially if you want to try spaghetti. Anyway, this is still a good hotel to try when you are travelling to Phu Tho, and the schedule is too tight to go back to Hanoi.
