El apartamento estaba bien y muy limpio.
Lo único que diría es que el agua de la ducha no salía con mucha presión y el armario del dormitorio estaba un poco en mal estado.

The hotel is very dated as previous reviews mention, but very clean. The pool is cleaned twice a day and there is a lifeguard through the week. The sunbeds are uncomfortable, although as a family of 4 we never had an issue getting sunbeds no matter what time of day. Pool bar was decent and we ate lunch there most days. Staff were friendly. Cleaners changed towels and bedding twice in our weeks stay. In general the area is quite run down with alot of derelict buildings, although this is no reflection on the hotel we might have thought twice before booking if we'd known this. There also seems to be a real problem with flies in the area, every time a plate of food was put infront of us we were swarmed with flies which made eating unpleasant and stressful, again this is no reflection on the hotel, just for those reading reviews for a general idea of the area. In terms of the hotel it's fine as a base, you get what you pay for, can't fault the hotel it's basic and clean. Also take mosquito repellant, we never usually get bitten and have been eaten alive by them.

Wished I had read reviews!!! Our 1st 5 days were spent waiting for jet 2 to move us, then we had to pay £695 for the privilege!! A dirty old sock was under our bed, food VERY limited choice (fries every night with beef, chicken or fish) which you had to eat OUTSIDE the snack bar which can be very chilly morning & evening, mostly cooked nice but last couple of breakfast I couldn’t stomach the eggs (white not cooked at all) & they must have run out of sausages on last day so I only had bacon & beans! upstairs apartments have a weird small hill on tiles which is bad enough when dry but deadly when wet & my husband almost went flying, there was a musty dirty smell in kitchen cupboards & a large rip in curtain seam. Only good thing about this place was the pool, nice life guard & bar staff but would never go back, look at binimar instead - all inclusive & amazing

Absolutely fantastic for a 2 star complex! If you’re expecting 5 star then pay for 5 star. This place does what it says on the tin! No complaints at all. It’s laid back and chilled. I’m coming back next year! Will recommend to everyone! Had a gorgeous week here with my mum and daughter.

The apartments are tired & in need of updating - but, we had a lovely holiday here. We had a lovely ground floor terrace looking out to main pool. There were loads of sun beds & umbrellas. No sun bed wars in the morning & was lovely having 2 beds right outside our terrace each day. The food in pool bar is reasonably priced & some reviews say it’s slow - but who’s in a rush on holidays? The cocktails from pool bar are lovely. Lifeguard & all reception staff were friendly & helpful. We stayed 10 days & towels were changed 3 times & bedding once - but we sent them away with clean bedding 2 nights before coming home. Ideally situated for bars, restaurants & a couple of coves for swimming.

We were expecting the apartments to be dated, what we didn't expect was the dirt and so many broken things within the apartment. We had mould in our fridge. Dirt on the microwave. Broken door handles for the bathroom and balcony, a cracked toilet cistern and explosed wires on one of the bedroom lights. The pictures make it look like the cafe has indoor seating this is not the case. Definitely not one we would come back too

Rooms were spotless and the pool was cleaned twice a day. Cleaners change towels every 2-3 days. Helpful staff. Air conditioning is amazing and works perfectly. Plenty of sun beds and no reason to put towels in the early morning. Regularly cleaned areas.

We didn't get our room cleaned, the cleaner came but we had to take our old bedding off and put our new bedding on ourselves, only had clean towels once.

The apartments are basic but they are cheap so don’t think could ask for more . The external areas are very run down . Pool is lovely and clean area but not enough sun loungers - I am not sure you would want one they are very uncomfortable. The apartments are relatively spacious and although basic are clean. The pool snack bar is very slow - the staff are working hard and doing their best but there simply isn’t enough of them . The location is great ! 2 min walk to supermarkets and some lovely restaurants. Yuca was our favourite
