On the Costa del Silencio you will find what you want for a vacation in the south: over 300 days of sunshine a year, around 350 rain-free days and a mild, low-stimulus climate.
Our well-kept holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife is furnished to a high level, so that you will not miss anything.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with direct access to the 60 sqm south-west terrace, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 4 people, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet.
On the 60 square meter sun terrace with exotic plants such as hibiscus, jasmine, gofio, banana tree and more. you can enjoy the sun until evening even in winter. There is a large terrace table with 4 comfortable chairs, as well as deck chairs for 4 people.
On the upper floor you will find the two colorful bedrooms, of course with shutters to darken them.
From the larger bedroom "rojo" you have access to a beautiful sunny balcony.
The bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with new, firm latex mattresses. This bedroom has a very spacious closet. In this room you will also find a safe.
The bed in the bedroom "naranja" is 160 x 200 cm and has a firm foam mattress.
The spacious daylight bathroom has a large shower.
Mainly locals and residents live in the neighborhood.
Parking directly in front of the house.
