La habitación estaba limpia y muy completa.Por poner alguna pega la cama se movía un poco cuando te girabas,recomendaría algún tipo de anclaje al cabecero.Por lo demás todo correcto.
El chico de recepción muy simpático y atento.Recomendable si necesitas algo en el sur bien comunicado y lejos del bullicio de los bares.

El hotel nos ha encantado. Tiene una cama grande. Cocina con electrodomésticos. pero lo mejor el jacuzzi q es muy grande.la piscina está también muy bien . El desayuno fueron 10€ a parte, y me pareció que estaba bien. En general Recomendable.
Lo único q no nos gustó es que se nos quedó una bolsa con ropa y en vez de llamar a avisar la sacaron de la bolsa y no hubo forma de recuperar todo el contenido xq ya estaba mezclado con otras cosas

Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.

깨끗하고 넓고 쾌적해요. 리셉션 직원이 매우 친절합니다. 전망이 매우 좋고, 시암파크 시암몰과 가까워요. 비치와는 거리가 좀 있지만 우리는 리조트 풀장을 주로 이용했어요. 체크아웃 이후 샤워할수 있는 공간을 제공하고 수건도 넉넉히 주었어요. 감사합니다. 다시 돌아오고싶은 숙소에요.

It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

Fab little Hostel, we had a private bedroom with bathroom . All staff and guests where lovely to speak and talk to, will definitely be returning, thank you for making my first hostel experience such fun one.

Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to.
Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars.
Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch.
Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars.

GGunnarMy phone broke and i slept very little and told them what i a need so i could carry on with work and only 1 3 guys tried to help. Some of the staff was very nice i tipped the guy that came with the pizza he was very nice but he when i woke up it was bad and you told me i needed to lesve the room and i had to stay awake and it was ****

PPengguna TetamuIt's been 15 years since my last trip to Tenerife and the comments below are based on international five star hotel experiences around the globe.
So here's what I experienced on this reservation:-
Positives
1.Check in / out process fast and professional.
2.Direct beach access via the pool area.
3.Breakfast buffet with internal and external seating choices was excellent.
4.Evening entertainment between 21:00 and 23:00 Hrs was good.
Negatives
1. Allocated R3101 upon arrival and entered to find the bath tub was extremely dirty and required
solvent cleaning to remove large accumulation of water scale dirt around plug area (Approx 200mm
in dia).
Root cause of this problem is a leakage from the shower hose connection which remains to be fixed.
2. TV was on and could not be turned off. This was rectified by Maintenace changing the batteries within
the remote control.
3. Sink plunger mechanism was broken and I was shown how to remove the plug on a daily basis once
housekeeping cleaned the room.
4. Locking mechanism on the balcony sliding door is broken and extremely hard to open / closed.
5. Only one, yes one pool towel provided / guest at the pool via a plastic card that you are required to
exchange at the pool towel bar. If you forget this card it's a return trip to the room.
General Travel Tips.
1. Taxi from TFS Airport to hotel cost 25 Euro each way.
2. Hard Rock Cafe located next door (£££).
3. Great Italian, Thai, Japanese and British restaurants located on the second floor off
the shopping complex across the road from the hotel (££££)

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel at a very good location. Modern, nicely decorated for Christmas. Polite staff, good choice for breakfast and dinner. Christmas dinner was something out of this world( been to many hotels, but Xmas dinner now will be hard to match). Not sure if it is always like this but we were the youngest in the hotel(43&47)during the first part of holidays and only later some other younger people joined us. The average age was 60's 😁 This hotel is not orientated to children but for us it was perfect- no screaming and shouting and our girl had fun in the pool by
Herself and her cousin🤣 I wanted to book Spring Hotel Bitacora at first but now I am thinking that I made an excellent choice . That said, I might try it out next time just because of the All nclusive service Bitacora provides. It was a nice quiet stay so if you expect something like Turkey, eith music around the pool, kids disco and shows, this hotel is not for you. We were half board and 4 days we ate at the pool bar and were never disappointed. Good food and reasonable prices. We didn't book UP option because we were with the kids( it's for 18+)but if I ever come without them- I will try it out!

Cons:
No shampoo in a room! It's a first for me 🙈
The tiles in the pool (mosaic) need replacement. My daughter filled probably half of the carrier bag from the bottom saw of the pool🤣
All in all- perfect stay and believe me, I am picky. It is one of the hotels I would recommend to my friends and family

SsoifayMuy buen hotel, el buffet desayuno excelente, el spa y el gimnasio muy surtido y amplio, las instalaciones limpias y la recepción muy atenta y amable. Sin coche un poco alejado de las zonas centrales, pero tienen patinetes eléctricos en la entrada del hotel.

PPengguna TetamuCheck in very slow ,location is good ,swimming pool is well maintenance cleans, The room is clean. The breakfast a lot of choice food .
On the first night we check in we have second floor city view near Iris bar the music is so loud couldn’t sleep. I have to complain and remove my room on the back. The hotels is very helpful to move me on the back. My sleep much better over all .

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel está muy bien situado. El personal es muy atento y amable y todo está muy limpio. Sólo desayuné en el hotel y la verdad es que tenían un amplio surtido de productos para comer.
Con respecto a la piscina es muy pequeña y en la zona que está ubicada no hay espacio ni para un pequeño bar que sirva bebidas o algún snack. Tenías que sacar las bebidas de una máquina expendedora. Nadie controla la zona de piscina con lo cual cualquier cosa puede ocurrir y no precisamente buena.
No se me ocurrió sacar fotos del hotel.
No me compensa la calidad/precio. Hay hoteles de la misma categoría por la zona con mejores instalaciones

Someone walking up and down to toilet regularly from about 1am then washed pans for about 15mins at 2am. Also up again running water for what seemed like ages at 4am I didn’t have earplugs so got no sleep . Appalling behaviour .
Light from hall / toilet brightens room and curtain not big enough to cover window .
