The hotel manager was absolutely outstanding, personally ensuring that our stay exceeded every expectation and making us feel like truly valued guests. The restaurant staff were equally remarkable – every waiter went above and beyond, combining impeccable service with friendly smiles that made every meal feel like a special occasion. The rooms were breathtaking – spacious, beautifully designed, and outfitted with every comfort imaginable. They were the perfect sanctuary after long, activity-filled days. Speaking of activities, the private ski lift reserved exclusively for hotel guests was a standout feature. It whisked us up to an incredible ski and sledding area with panoramic views, complete with a fun bar and delicious restaurants at the top. This convenience and exclusivity made our ski experience absolutely seamless and unforgettable. The dining at Tschuggen Grand was a feast for the senses. Every meal was a testament to culinary artistry, and the attentive restaurant team made each experience feel personalized and indulgent. Whether it was a perfectly cooked dish or a thoughtful wine pairing, they ensured we felt cared for with every bite. We were also blown away by the array of activities offered by the hotel. From an invigorating snow hike to a serene snow yoga session, a cold water plunge in a pristine mountain lake, and dynamic workout classes, every experience was made unforgettable by Nikolaos, our incredible guide and instructor. His energy, expertise, and passion for what he does brought each activity to life, leaving us inspired and energized. The spa was simply stunning – a haven of modern design and tranquility. Every moment spent there was rejuvenating, and it’s easily one of the most beautiful spas we’ve ever experienced. Every detail of our stay was meticulously thought out, and the exceptional staff elevated it to a whole new level. The Tschuggen Grand Hotel is not just a place to stay – it’s an experience of pure luxury, warmth, and adventure. We cannot wait to return to this magical oasis in the heart of the Alps!

We are extremely disappointed with the way our family was treated during our stay at your hotel. The lack of respect and poor customer service were unacceptable, and it completely tarnished our experience. We expected much better and will not be returning.”

Such an awful service!! Is this really 5 stars? I would give it 2 at most. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful from the moment we checked in. I can’t believe this place is marketed as a luxury hotel. It felt more like a poorly managed 2-star property. Save your money and book somewhere else!

we visited many grand hotels all over the world but this one is really among the top ones. staff was excellent everywhere from arrival to departure. all public places like lobby, restaurants etc are elegant and impressive. the private funicular is a unique experience. the big spa impressive. we had half board and recommend it. our south facing junior suite has wonderful mountain views. extremely recommended !

This is our third visit to the lovely Tschuggen hotel, it really is an incredible place. It’s cosy, has an amazing calm and family feel about it, the staff are amazing, it’s just quality. The spa is truly amazing, the two Saunas and Steam are fantastic. Breakfast is equally a delight, so much on offer at the buffet. Plus even more such as french toast, pancakes, crepes etc on the main menu. Yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it and we will definitely be back again. Don’t change a thing and keep up the great work. Thanks for everything.

The Tschuggen Grand is an outstanding hotel; we were in a suite on the top floor with a stunning view. The staff was very friendly and competent, although some of them had just started their first season with the hotel. The pools are excellent and a perfect alternative when it is snowing outside. The dinner in the Grand Restaurant deserves a special mentioning; we chose three courses and each of them was outstanding. Seeing the bill of the meal was also a pleasant surprise: prices are really reasonable in view of the quality you get. Last but not least: the private cable car of the hotel granting direct access to the slopes is an extra hard to find elsewhere.
