Hôtel très confortable situé dans un parc bien entretenu. Personnel d’une infinie gentillesse, avec la volonté de toujours nous glisser un petit mot dans notre langue. Repas pris sous forme de buffet copieux et varié. Mr Cox, Général Manager, est présent et s’attache au bien-être de chacun. C’est à l’occasion d’un congrès que nous avons fréquenté cet établissement qui dispose d’une immense et belle salle destinée au grande réunion. Bel hôtel comme camp de base.

There isn't anything actually wrong with this place, it's clean and everything is in working order. It's just functional and a bit soulless is all - it was suitable for our needs on the first night when we arrived as we just needed a bed to crash in and were up early the next day to go on safari but I wouldn't have really wanted to have it as a base for more than one night in Arusha. It is very close to Khans BBQ which was a bonus though.

Certainly a 5-star hotel in all considerations. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are a delight to walk around. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and all the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Our room was extremely clean and had the most comfortable bed. This is probably the nicest place you can stay at in Arusha and the price is honestly very reasonable for what your getting.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The internet was decent and the staff was very nice. I have stayed at the Four Points everytime i was in Arusha. This time i wanted to try something different. I’m glad i did. This place was alot cheaper and provided what i needed. Somewhere clean and safe to lay my head until the next morning.

This was the starting point of our 8 Day Tanzania Safari trip. We spent our first night here- met by a warm welcome group and assigned our personal staff member 'Praygod'- we were well taken care of the entire time, and we made a good friend! What a beautiful coffee lodge with excellent food, service and incredible rooms/bungalows. The bungalows were luxurious and spacious. We also enjoyed the entertaining monkeys :) traversing throughout the property. The staff and service was top notch! Thank you to all, especially Praygod!
