Excellent 1st time experience in this hotel, friendly, professional staff in all areas including reception, restaurant, house keeping. Lovely room, cotton sheets, great in room amenities, nice common area on the 2nd floor. Separate shower and bath in ensuite. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This was a great place to stay in Ballina; centrally located so that we could park our car and mostly walk where we needed to go. Also was able to have the desk call us a cab if we needed to go farther. The room was small, but the bathroom was spacious and the bed was quite comfy. The only thing not comfortable was the heat, but the hotel furnished us with a fan and we tried keeping the windows open. We spent one evening at the downstairs bar with friends, which was cozy with live music. We spent another evening with friends at the bar upstairs, which was also terrific for our needs. One evening we ate at the restaurant with a fabulous river view seat. Loved watching the fishermen while we ate. Actually saw them catching salmon in the river! Plus our meal was absolutely delicious and the staff was attentive. Finally, we had four breakfasts in the restaurant and the quality and quantity was terrific to get us through most of the day. Lots of variety to choose from, and they were open to flexible choices.

Highly recommend this hotel. Room was really spacious and comfortable with lovely views over the water. Had breakfast and evening meals which were both excellent and of high quality. Lovely communal areas and the spa, included in the cost, was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

I would highly recommend this hotel on the following basis: 1. Price. Very reasonable, especially compared to the nearby coastal hotels. 2. Room. Really lovely room, spotlessly clean and with very good facilities including power and USB sockets. I stayed for two nights, but I would have no problem staying longer based on the comfort and work-friendliness of the room. 3. Staff. Very professional, friendly, highly -trained staff. Made me very welcome. 4. Restaurant. Lovely restaurant serving great food. Again, very good, friendly staff, including the highly professional maitre'd. Breakfast is great, with unlimited servings. There is also a gluten-free bread available for toasting, with a separate gluten-free only toaster. Very much appreciated. 5. Car park. The hotel has its own multi-storey car park with direct access to the hotel. The entry and exit barriers lift automatically and there is no charge for guests. I found this very convenient as I had a fair bit of gear with me. There are two lifts available in the hotel, so no problems shifting my equipment. 7. Location. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a large Tesco, Dunnes Stores, Aldi, Next and Boots Chemist. Overall, a great place to stay. I will definitely be returning. I stayed here with my 7 year old son who has autism. The staff are absolutely amazing. We were there on the worst night of the storm and the night after. The hotel did their very best to keep everyone looked after. The manager Boris was very professional and proactive. Martina is a lovely lady who went above and beyond. Tatiana was also lovely. It is very family orientated. They have a small pool especially for children. The food is wonderful, so tasty and really good quality. The hotel is very clean. Lots of free parking.

My wife & I stayed three nights. This was our third visit to Knock. Very enjoyable again and thanks to Stephen Rogers manager for giving us a refurbished room 119. Walk-in bathroom nicely decorated but only concern was the shower wasn’t powerful enough. Accommodation increased the valve but it only improved it a little which overall was a bit of a shame. The most important part of the show should be the power. The dinner package we had was 10/10. Nice plenty of shoulder of lamb absolutely delicious and next day big portions of Irish beef thick cut and very tasty. Full marks and highly recommend was the waitress Anne. Very polite paid real attention and customer service 10/10. We will be back again and next time will bring our young adult son and daughter. Attended the old church mass and baslisca on Sunday. The cafe which is 5-7 mins from the basilica serves delicious cakes with cream and ice cream.

We stayed for 3 nights and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. All of the staff were excellent. There was a problem with my brother in laws wheelchair accessible room and it was sorted straight away. Our family room was very spacious with gorgeous fluffy towels in the bathroom. The food in the bar and restaurant was delicious. Great choice for breakfast although food titles beside each food would be helpful. Alison in the restaurant looked after our every need when we had dinner there. The housekeeping staff were always very courteous. My wheelchair user brother in law would like to especially compliment the staff member who brought down his suitcase to reception upon check out, without being asked. We will definitely return.

A fantastic experience rooms were perfect, the staff and managment were amazing. No question unanswered no task to big. We are planning on going back in January. Loved every second of it would highly recommend the wings and the steak sandwich from the venue and I would also highly recommend a massage in the spa. Had the best 10hr sleep after it.
