My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while waiting to meet some friends at a bigger place in Asheville for a friend trip. It was a great price and worth every penny! The front desk person was quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean, and the location was good. It did not take us long to get further into Asheville for dinner and shopping. This was a great budget find! I would stay here again.

Best stop, so far, on this trip. Friendly, clean, comfortable and a dynamite location. Laundry room was a plus. We are traveling with a dog so the dedicated dog walk area was really appreciated.

Wow! 1st time in Asheville, NC! Contacted Homewood Suites and without hesitation Karen made me feel at home on the telephone. Once I arrived the Customer Service was Top Notch. Karen & Robbie were Great! What an excellent place to stay because of these 2. Personal care and attention to detail was Amazing. Can't thank them enough for their great customer service. I stayed at ESA from January 23 to April 23. The front desk people were very nice to me. In the morning when I was going to work Alisha and Deborah would tell me ”Have a great day”. That pick me up and make my morning happy. When I came back in the evenings there was either Jim, John , or Nicholas working and they would greet me with a smile and ask how my day was. Heck Mark whom works there was very pleasant to talk too. In fact the whole staff was wonderful to me during my stay. I think that these greetings would make anyone smile and love where they are staying. Housekeeping was very nice too. They were always polite and courteous to me. My room I stayed in was also perfect too. If I ever go to any ESA anywhere I hope they are as nice to me as the men and women whom work at the Kennilworth Knoll and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Thank you guys you all were very wonderful and do your jobs well.
